I love my new iPhone 15 pro max!! It does everything I need it to!!

Happy to see the battery life has improved from the 14 Pro Max. Overall happy with the 15 Pro Max. Better camera, I really like the finish and color of the natural titanium. I am in construction and also do work on the side when there is time so I’ve really enjoyed enhancements to lidar for scanning rooms and taking quick measurements.

I've been pretty happy with my new phone. Setting up my phone was a bit of a nightmare as it took several hours with Verizon support to get my eSIM to transfer and register correctly. I've had a few overheating issues when charging with my Apple Magsafe battery so I'm concerned Apple hasn't ironed out all the overheating issues. Overall, I'm pleased with the weight difference vs my iPhone 14 Pro Max, screen quality and camera. I was surprised that photos with zoom still came out as grainy as it did. It's a pretty quality phone but based on the cost of all the new chargers, cables and adapters needed for the myriad of places I leave cords, I'm not sure I should have updated yet.

I guess the first thing that comes to mind is, wow! I have been using iPhones for many years and I’ve never had any reason to change brands. Actually, all my stuff is Apple so I have many reasons to stay apple. I did NOT expect this phone to be this much better than my old phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 11. I also have a work phone that is an iPhone 14. To be honest, the 14 wasn’t a huge jump from the iPhone 11. But I wanted to bring a family member into the Apple family, I upgraded and gave them my old phone for free as an incentive. Good for them, awesome for me. This newer phone is WAY better than my 14 work phone. I can easily say that Apple has done some great work as of late. Some people will probably argue that the step up from a 14 ton15 isn’t that big. But a 14 regular to a 15 Pro Max is a big difference. The titanium hold on it is lightweight and extremely durable. I have a case for mine, protecting my investment, and I went with an Apple case since they pair perfectly.

I traded up from my S23 Ultra and have no regrets.

Love the Black Titanium, 1TB 15 Max. I am not huge social or app user but this Pro Max is so easy to operate! It has an awesome battery life - after a full day (18 hours) with moderate usage - even with screen brightness high, I am still at about 25% on average of battery life. I upgraded from a 13 Max, and it is mostly the same OS. The camera is better on focus and zoom. I like the USB-C much better and I am glad all phones etc will eventually be the same. Day 2, I dropped the phone, with no obvious damage or functionality issues - great frame strength. Definitely recommend the iPhone 15 Max!

This phone has a fantastic battery, is very easy to use, and has a much larger display area. I also like the 1 TB storage option that came with this model.

Camera is better and the phone is lighter. Battery doesn’t last long compared to iPhone 14

Fantastic phone. I love it. I put a Speck grip case on it to protect it. Didn't really care about color. It is fast, very comfortable from coming from the 13 pro max. Camera is awesome. Battery is about the same as the 13 pro max seems like. Bright screen, good speakers. Highly recommend. Thank you Lilly at the Florence, KY Best Buy store. You are the best.

My wife loves it, upgraded with 1tb storage, and finally we dont need stupid mismatch chargers

I had a terrific experience. Teak is terrific! I am not tech savvy. Teak was able to answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand. Because of Teak, I applied for a card, and enrolled in the Best Buy membership. My mother and I now have new cellphones, tablet, Apple Watch, and lots of accessories. I was with Skylar on another day. She was terrific too.

Upgraded from iPhone 11. Not a lot of difference in operation but it does have a 48 mp camera that I am looking forward to see the pictures I can get now at concerts. Battery life is also better on this compared to the 11
