TOTAL INCOMPITENCE
cell store rep ripped me off. refused to give me the 600 trade in credits on my verizion account. told me i had to buy a phone and pay in full. Called verion they told me i was lied to and to return it. BEST BUY SHOLD NOT SELL PHONES
