    New-it is very nice. 7 months old bubbles/peeling

    This is the first Apple product I have to say falls very short in quality and the precision design and fit. First, the bottom of the case is not manufactured correctly causing all of the opening to off alignment. The small holes used for the microphone and speaker are misaligned but 25%, as is the USB-C port opening. Secondly, on the side next to the Lock & Quick Launch buttons, the case has developed bubbles in the coating on the case. This coating has also bubbled up above and below the volume buttons, and began pealing around the opening of the USB-C connecting. I have only use the Apple branded USB cable, which does not rub the opening when inserting and removing, which at first I thought had caused the bubbling and cracking in the outer coating. Does not reflect at all on Best Buy, I just wish the warranty with Apple could be handled in store at Best Buy given the total cost of the iPhone and multiple accessories purchased.
