Was a little disappointed when it came and the air pockets were popped so the phone was sliding and banging around in the box

I am sure the phone itself is great, but I was not able to activate it. I was told by Total Wireless / Straight Talk that the phone was not scanned properly and I needed to take it to a store. I did take it to the local store and they returned the phone and resold it to me, scanning it again. It was still registering as inactive with Total Wireless / Straight Talk. Weird. I just returned it and I will order another one later.

it was hard to order on here but overal i like iphones.
