I love this for my 10 year old. She thinks it’s a phone and does just as much as the phone without the monthly bill! Great size for her and has all of the best options.

My 9 year old loves her IPod touch. A great way to keep her entertained, compact size makes it easy to take anywhere, and she loves that it is pink.

I finally decided to upgrade from their 2nd generation because it just wasn’t keeping up. This ipod 7 is just as fast, smooth, and dependable as it should be. I mainly use it with working out and in my truck.

iPod just quit working. Not reason why I can imagine. I bought this 08/ 2020, I don’t use it a lot but got to give my phone a break but wanted an iPod to go running with and wireless earbuds. Should have bought the insurance.

The overall size was too small and way too thin for easy use.

I have tried all the online suggestions but no sound on the iPod 7th generation. I will change the review if I can get it working it was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter

I love Apple’s iPods. I still have my first one and it functions just like it was new. I bought the newest version for my husband for Christmas and then decided I wanted an updated version for myself as well. I use it for music both with and without my ear buds. It’s especially useful when sports are on the TV.

Allow to preface this with I am not an Apple product user EXCEPT for my iPod (and now AirPods Pro).In November 2019 my older iPod touch, after many years, wound up having a battery that wouldn't hold a charge for more than 15-20 minutes. I figured I would have the kids get the battery replaced for me as Christmas gift. I went to the geek squad and they said they don't replace the battery on an iPod touch because the cost to do so is about the same as buying a new one. I went to an Apple store where I was treated extremely poorly and was told I'd have to take a number to talk with a representative. I asked how long the wait was and I was tol 2-3 hours. I walked out and went back to Best Buy. In an effort to try to save a few bucks I would up buying a cheap MP3 player. After a few months of use, I was not satisfied with it so I broke down and bought the 7th gen iPod touch. It is basically the same as my prior model and using the AirPods Pro makes a huge difference. Best music manager in terms of ease of use and sound quality.

I got this for my elderly father who is slowly coming around to technology. He wanted something to listen to music on and take photos when he's out. My father loves his iPod and won't leave the house without it. We've set up email on it too, and iMessaging, but that goes over his head. However, if you had a more tech savvy person or child who understood those, its a good alternative to a phone. Apple has a very user friendly intuitive layout that even older people can slowly get the hang of. If that is important to you, its worth the extra money. We did have issues with the screen cracking easily, but luckily we had purchased apple care. With the iPods they have to send them out usually to get fixed because they don't stock many iPod screens on sight for repairs. It took about two weeks to get fixed and returned. If you get this, make sure you get apple care. We had a case with a screen protector built into it and it still cracked.

I really like the quality and sound quality of the iPod Touch. I love the fact that you can use Bluetooth as well as wired headphones. It’s very slim, and easy to use. My only complaint is that I wish it simply played music. I have other products that allow me to use apps like FaceTime and messages, and I had to spent time turning off notifications so I’m not bothered while listening to music. Likewise, I had to delete some apps to free up some space for music. The product itself is great, but I sort of miss just having an MP3 player.
