Got the product, battery at 80% however it drain within an hour. It does it job as a back up phone but would not recommend.

It is impossible to get a person on the phone, I spoke with tech agent out of country. They can not do anything, made appointment for Plano, he verified the phone I received has a defect. But did not have the tool to run diagnostic. Allen store has diagnostic, I need to go there! I am 73 disable and can not be running all over. I asked the agent at Plano, to just exchange the phone! Without a diagnostic he can't ask manager but verified the issue. Tried to call Allen to speak with them on the 5th attempt went back to the foreign agent, who can not help me. The issue is when they say press a key for dept, the phone fails this feature does not work. So any company that has only IVR assist, I can not connect with. spent time making the appointment for Plano that was a waste of time & trip. Service is non-existent> reluctant not even a 1 star but would not send

The phone was ok, however the battery stated that it was a degraded battery, at %70, so I tried to take it to Best Buy in Northlake GA., to see about getting a good battery. They were no help, I was told call Apple or send it back, which would leave me without communication, This was my second online purchase fron Best Buy online, I think it will be the last.
