Q: Is this by owner or thru Best Buy. Answers to questions appear not to be related to Best Buy
A: Hi! I ordered this same phone and thought that it was through Best Buy. Basically it is, it comes from a bulk used phone distributor called J and E cell phones. They are based in Miami. I believe that Best Buy just purchased the phones from them and then they inspect the phones in their warehouse. I have had mine for about 3 or 4 weeks and I haven’t had any issues with it. It is a great phone!
