I bought the new iPad and needed a screen protector for when I travel. This cover fits perfectly and is not complicated to use. It is very similar to the one I had on my older iPad. I do like that it has a sensor that locks your screen when you close the cover over your iPad.

For my daughter’s new iPad. Protects screen but not the back (not a folio). Good stand, looks good. Typical Apple ( pricey, well made).

After waiting four weeks to be delivered, I realized it wasn’t like the cover I had on my previous iPad. It was strictly a cover and didn’t have a back that the iPad fit into. It did possess a nice magnet for attaching to side of iPad. Returned it and bought what is called a folio.
