A: Sounds like you should upgrade. The 128GB is for storage not the ram. The ram pertains to the new chip A15 bionic chip and it is 4GB. If your device is shutting down after 10 minutes. Then you need or should upgrade to the new Apple TV. I have the 128GB model and so far it is head and shoulders better than the previous devices. By the way I have owned all the previous versions.

A: I'm not sure if you mean the apple tv device or Apple TV+ (plus) subscription but It's just a (powerful) device like your phone. You can use anything that is free for free such as YouTube. Or you can pay for Apple Music or Apple TV+ (Plus) like you would for Netflix or Spotify.
A: Possibly, but you may have Wi-Fi issues. Reset your modem and router or consider a new router if you have an old one supplied by your internet service provider.

This Upgrade Made My TV Feel Brand New!!!
