A: Sounds like you should upgrade. The 128GB is for storage not the ram. The ram pertains to the new chip A15 bionic chip and it is 4GB. If your device is shutting down after 10 minutes. Then you need or should upgrade to the new Apple TV. I have the 128GB model and so far it is head and shoulders better than the previous devices. By the way I have owned all the previous versions.

Apple Continues as the Best Streaming Box Option
I have being using the original 2017 Apple TV 4K streaming box and its been fantastic! But I was ready for an upgrade so I tried out the 2022 Apple TV 4K and I have been a fan! I won’t go into all the details, but just why I think it’s a worthy upgrade: PROS: - The box is actually smaller and fanless than the 2017 model, definitely nice to be quieter on that front. - I love the new remote as well! Still has the touchpad functionality but comes with a better build and the “power” button controls my TV, soundbar, and Apple TV at the same time. Plus I really like how the remote charges via USB-C - Once you set it up, the Apple TV is definitely quicker and I actually think the picture looks a little better as well. This is probably due to its improved HDMI 2.1 port as well as some software upgrades. - On that, I love how it is future proof since it supports HDR 10+ as that standard rolls out to compete with Dolby Vision. As well as this box supports “Matter” for an improved Smart Home experience as well. CONS: - It still remains as one of the most expensive streaming options on the market, but it works insanely well and I think its well worth it for those who are using it everyday. BOTTOM LINE: - As someone who only watches TV/Movies via the Apple TV, I can firmly say this is the best Streaming device on the market. The Apple TV 4K supports high end formats like Dolby Vision, HDR 10+, and Dolby Atmos while also consistently providing a great streaming experience on apps like Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Apple TV+. I think the 2022 generation adds some nice improvements to make this a reliable streaming device you can use all day, everyday.

Great Purchase! Highly Recommend the 4K Apple TV
I recently bought the 3rd generation 4K TV with 128GB storage from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This Upgrade Made My TV Feel Brand New!!!
