Cable is heavy not those small flimsy ones. you see in wall mart

These Apple - USB Cable Adapter - White are superior cable adapters compared to the less expensive knock offs that are so widely available. Much better connecting sound than my past generic piece.

I didn't think this iPhone cord would work on my iPad at first, so I went to the closest best buy and ask an associate what she would recommend as a replacement cord for my iPad to my surprise she gave me an iPhone cord. So glad I did. I tried the replacement cords from Walmart and none of them worked. I even asked an associate for help with no luck, so to everybody that reads this go to best buy the first time and save yourself the head ache.

I needed a replacement power code. Don't waste your money buying a knock off. Chances are it won't work, or it will ruin your iPad plug. Stick with Apple brand. I thought my iPad was broke, but all I needed was a new power adapter. Love my iPad.

Used it to replace an old cable. The new item worked well with my iPad. The price was good! The cable length could have been longer.

Helps speed up the charging process. It doesn't break as easily as cheaper cords.

This apple cable with the 30 pin connector was just what I needed. I still own an iPad 2 and an iPhone 4 (just recently upgraded finally to the 6S Plus) and my previous cables were getting worn out at the end of the cable as it attaches into the 30 pin connector. It's nice to still be able to find this cable since I prefer to have the Apple brand of these charging cables since they say that generic ones can damage a device and shorten its lifespan over time.

It's an Apple charger so, of course, it works just fine. Just wish Apple wasn't so pricey.

Got tired of wasting my money buying aftermarket cables through eBay.com & Amazon.com Couldn't trust those sellers because very time I get those from eBay or Amazon, the generic cable breaks or my ipad won't recognize the charging cable. I recommend to everyone to stay with original cables for your device. NOT from those fake seller or fake items through ebay.com or amazon.com.

No problems with it at all. Charges fast and has long durable.

I couldn't even find this at the Apple Store but thankfully Best Buy had one. The Apple brand cables just work and seem to last a bit longer. As scarcity increases, price tends to go up. These should be under $20.

Everyone with an Apple device knows these cables out perform the cheap ones all day every day. My frustration is with the price when you consider how often they need replacing. I wish Apple would reinforce the cable farther down from the pronged end. That spot gets a lot of wear from plugging and unplugging the cable, which eventually results in broken wires and a non-working cable. I end up replacing my cable about every four months. It doesn't break the bank, but I resent having to spend $20 every time.

The Ipad cable comes in 2 lengths, however the person at Best Buy thought the numbers were for different types of connectors. I originally bought the long one but since I did not want to jump rope with it, returned it for the shorter cable. It works great and it is an Apple product so I expect it to keep working for many years.

Don't buy the cheap knockoffs that will only last a couple weeks. Get the real deal and know your device will connect and charge properly. Remember - most cases are designed with the Apple cable in mind, so if you go with something else and the plug shroud is too fat to fit... too bad.
