I wish I could give it zero. I placed an order on January 9, 2022 for a zephyr range hood. Order#1123009248825. And I purchased total tech membership for free installation. The installation was not professional- 1) the installer used my old unit’s damper instead of zephyr’s. 2) the hood makes high-pitch whistle sounds even the installers paid the second visit. Later the second visit day, the whistle sounds came back again. 3) the hood fall from one side of the cabinet and my cabinet was damaged. The hood was not professionally secured. 4) false information was given to me- the high pitch whistle sounds have nothing to do with the installation. It’s by my house vent problem. Later, I proved it’s a false information since I paid out of pocket to hire a licensed professional for diagnosis if my house vent has problems. 5) electric not secured by the cord bracket. 6) I have made many phone calls and been given tons of various reasons for different matters. So far, I still haven’t received the check of $157.xx plus tax for my refund since I was confirmed this matter on February 16. 7) yesterday, I made a long call for the unreceived refund check, and I was told that the refund has not been approved yet. This is NOT what I was confirmed on February 16. I asked customer service what can I do to make this matter right. The given answer is you need to call in again to follow up with it. I DID NOTHING WRONG. WHY DO I NEED TO DEAL WITH COMPLICATE BESTBUY SYSTEMS AND VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS? 8) Please GIVE BACK MY MONEY ASAP. IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS since I placed the order.

Made good on the hood, First one came out of box dented, had it installed anyway until replacement arrived. Replacement arrived and dented hood uninstalled and replaced. Couldn’t be happier.

If i could give no stars i would. I will show everyone that walks into my house what 3 different installers did to my kitchen. From scraching my floor and not intaling my stove correctly and scraching the floor incorrectly installing my hood and denting it. Then driving 1 in drywall screws into my cabinets to anker the dishwasher. I would never let best buy into my house again

Worst service experience ever. The only reason it's a 1-star is because 0 isn't an option. Going on 2 months with brand new broken stove sitting in the middle of the kitchen. Still hooked to gas and electric but unusable.

Couldn't happen fast enough. Nothing but problems. Check out the photo to see how me cooktop ended up after the second oven install. In store staff tried their best but they are limited by a ridiculously inept customer service communication system and poorly trained and equipped sub contractors.

This was the worst. They said they could not take it away. My frig is now in my courtyard. The 2nd crew said it should have been taken away. Another date has been set.

Hood was installed crooked and not level. It was not obvious until backsplash was getting installed. I will like for someone to come back and fix it.

I recently purchased new Stainless Steel GE Profile kitchen appliances from Pacific Sales, owned by Best Buy. I arranged for them to do the installation. The installers came when scheduled and did an excellent job. They installed a Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Cooktop in one afternoon. Everything went well, they were pleasant and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They also hauled away all of the old appliances. My wife is very pleased, and.. Happy wife, Happy life !!

Quality Kitchens recommended the GE. It came broke and was too small. The kitchen aid replacement works well. Don't like the knob location ( you can burn your self) It hard to tell where the burner is unless you have it on.

I bought this oven because the dimension fit into the opening in my kitchen since they are some gas plumbing underneath my cooktop. I would have gotten a GE otherwise. The oven was quite standard, nothing fancy. I am not using the internet temperature reading feature so it is really just a regular oven. Under my old GE oven, there is no top heating element when baking. I guess it relies on the fan. This is about the only difference I see from my last oven.

Appliance removal was very simple. I had been delivered a damaged over the stove range hood exhaust. They came and installed a new hood and took the damaged hood with them.

They came back and forth many times to help replace our electric with a new fas cooktop. They got it done despite tight dimensions over a built in oven. Excellent installers
