Arturia KeyStep mk2 is a compact controller and sequencer designed for hybrid setups, featuring a 32-note Slimkey keyboard with velocity and aftertouch for expressive playing. It includes a polyphonic step sequencer with up to 64 steps and 16 arpeggiator modes, as well as Mutate, Spice, Dice, Chord, and Scale tools for pattern variation and harmonic control. The unit provides an OLED display with a clickable encoder and RGB feedback for real-time parameter editing, while assignable CV/Gate outputs, full-size MIDI DIN In/Out, USB-C, and Sync I/O allow integration with modular, vintage, and modern instruments.
