My GTX 970 was starting to show its age and not able to run more modern games at higher quality settings. Pulled the trigger on the 4070S and have been incredibly happy with it. Beyond the very obvious improvements to being able to comfortably run higher quality settings and better FPS, it also runs cooler than my previous card and is incredibly quiet. While it did cost most of my upgrade budget, I feel I shouldn't have to upgrade again for a nice long while.

I bought this card to upgrade from a 3070 TI since it was on a great sale price. The nice thing about this card is its faster than the 3070 and one whole fan smaller. Card installed easily and i was able to start playing games right away. was getting 160fps in LOL and 120 in fortnight. COD warzone played smooth as butta with the latest drivers. Fans are super quiet and dont spin up unless they need to. I recommend this as a solid upgrade.

Amazing card! It’s the best performance per dollar RTX card. Upgraded from a 3060ti. This 4070 super handles all my games at ultra settings and retains high fps. Included a photo of a cyberpunk 2077 benchmark running native 1080 with maxed settings which held fps above 100. It handles frame generation well and some light ray tracing. I don’t think this card is good for 4K gaming but it’s awesome for 1440 and 1080.

Really impressed by its performance and aesthetic! Although I think the gpu’s value should rather be priced around some $50 less, games overall run smoothly with mostly high settings in 1440p, and DLSS 3 with frame generation is absolutely amazing! The only thing that might not be super convenient (no pun intended) at first sight is the red light that comes on once you power on your pc after successfully installing the gpu; it does turn off when the pc is fully on and in use but it can catch someone off guard and look like an issue at first. I believe as long as it is the LED 2 light and not blinking, it is completely normal. Other than that, it was a great buy!

Surprisingly quiet, and no coil wine. Takes everything I throw at it, so far.

This GPU is probably one of the best gpus I've ever owned. It uses a lot less voltage than your average GPU. It works very efficiently. I get high FPS in a lot of games and it's like a budget card compared to the 4090 I Highly recommend the 4070 super

I bought this card to downgrade from my 3090, it has been anything but a downgrade. It runs cooler, uses less wattage, but gives me the same great performance for all my games, if not slightly better.

Great gpu i was getting 100 fps on max setting for every game running 1440p was definitely worth the money if youre looking to stream and play at the same time this is overkill forsure would definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking to upgrade new gpu

Pros: The GPU can run any game you throw at it at 1440p or higher in some cases. - Has ray tracing support for games like Indiana Jones that require it. -Has 32bit PhysX support which means older titles can run without any hiccups. Cons-The 12gb vram could be an issue in the future as games get more demanding, which does lower the overall value of the GPU. Ultimately a decent value GPU in the midst of the current climate for computer parts.

Great card, runs smooth and cool. Paired with a Ryzen 7 7800x3d I’m getting over 120fps in 2k in almost every game. Highly recommend.

I bought this in December, 2024. The price was fair, and I figured that these cards might become scare with the release of the new 50 series, and sure enough, these are now hard to find, and those that are avaialable are topping $1K. This card has worked great right out of the box. With no overclocking, it someohow runs a boost speed of 2.910GHz. I've seen others post speeds like 2.7+, but this is running at 2.9+ while using MS Flight Sim 2024. It runs that game great in 1440. With DLSS enabled, FPS is in the 90s to 100s. Top temps in the low 70s. Wattage wtalys within spec, less than 220W at full load. You can hear the fans spin up under load, but the noise level is not bad. This card appears to be well built. I would definitely recommend this to others. Yeah, a new generation is just being released, but this card was released only one year ago and should provide good performance for the next few years.

Excellent card for my needs. Upgraded from a 1080TI so it was very significant for me. Runs pretty cool and low power usage in comparison. So far has had no trouble handling any game I’ve thrown at it in 1440p resolution. Great budget option for me!
