A: Yes, it released as of November 4. I'm not sure about the description though, maybe just an informational error. This board does NOT support DDR4; it's DDR5 ONLY.
Q: Does this Motherboard come with Bios Version 2004 to support 13th Gen Intel CPU's?
A: No it will likely not. You will have to do bios EZ Flash - you download the bios from ASUS website and and put it on a USB stick. Then you press the EZ Flash button and turn on the computer, it'll update for about 10 minutes. I was able to get this to work without any problems at all on first try. Only thing of note is it'll look like it's doing almost nothing during that time. Look up ASUS EZ Flash for more info.
Q: Does this board support overclocking?
A: Short answer yes, the bios does allow it, ensure you have the correct hardware for it as well
A: You can use 3.0 hard drives. It also has a slot for the 5th gen m.2 hard drives which are not out yet as of me answering this question, but can use an m.4 4th gen in that slot. More info on Asus' website
