It overheated pretty fast and the laptop got too hot to touch without feeling like I would get burnt. I tried playing Team Fight Tactics in the first 2 days I bought it and it crashed on me twice, which is kind of odd considering it was labeled as a gaming laptop. I can play TFT on my phone without it crashing .

This laptop runs hot. It's hot even when you aren't doing anything but browsing the web. I absolutely hate using it for that reason, and that reason alone. The keyboard isn't visible during the day if the backlit is on. This computer has an issue with NOT going to sleep. Everyday I go to use the computer, it's dead even if it has not been used.

Screen began to spiderweb after using for a few hours out of nowhere. Possibly damaged from shipping or just a faulty screen but the laptop was never mishandled once unboxed. I was told there was nothing best buy or asus could do for me since I didn’t dish out the Greek squad protection. I wouldn’t recommend this computer based on my experience.
