This is probably the most powerful laptop at this price point. Ryzen 7 5800HS is super fast, 16GB Ram is sufficient, and GTX 1650 has amazing performance for most of the games. However, the unit I received has a slightly warped display (lid). It is noticeable only when I push down the lid while the lid is closed. My unit also has a coil whine problem. When the keyboard backlight is off or low brightness, I can hear a high-pitched whining from the upper keyboard area. Whining stops when I turn the backlight brightness all the way up. There is also a short rattling noise when the fans kick in, but it's gone while the fans are running. I'd recommend this product, but you should look for problems that you might find when you receive yours. Zephyrus G14 and G15 are known for these and other little issues especially quality control issues. I don't think any computer should have these types of problems at this price range.

Laptop with better performance. It doesn’t have webcam, that is big hiccup. Nvidia GPU helps in rendering better graphics for games

This PC is fast and has a very clear screen. I needed one with lots of memory for some design software I am using--so I'm not using it for gaming. Since I use it for my work and home, and did not see a camera hole on it, I asked in the store (before I bought it) if there was a camera and was told "yes, of course, they all have them now". Since my last 2 PC's (dating back to 2010 had them), I believed them. Much to my disappointment, when I signed in to host my first Zoom Meeting, there is NO CAMERA. After that embarrassment, I now need to go buy an external one... sigh.

This computer did not work for me. It was partially to be used for work and I did not like the layout of the computer. I was very disappointed because I thought I was going to like it a lot.

It was a great computer until 2 years down the road when the motherboard went bad and needed to be replaced. That is a $700 repair so at this point i might as well buy a new higher gen laptop. I wish i had paid the bit extra for a warranty. Oh well, lesson kearned.

This thing is OKAY. I got it open box for a pretty discounted price. It is EXTREMELY small though and only gives you a couple hours MAX of gameplay before it gets too hot and starts skipping frames

I've had many problems with this laptop that that may be due to hardware. Problems with display: certain colors and rendering on the right half of the screen has noticeable lag. Also, it crashes at least once every three days. Loses drivers all the time.

It seemed great. It was performant, long battery life, very portable and looked good to boot. Keyboard was also great. But one day it died in the middle of use and I could not get it to power on again. It was the day before the return window closed so i returned it instead of trying to figure out what went wrong

I returned my first G14 because of minor quality issues. The trackpad on the left side was slightly elevated and the top of the bezel (where you would hold the lid) was slightly bent. I ordered this G14 again and this bend was there again (maybe it's supposed to, idk). The trackpad is fine this time. The battery is significantly worse after updating Windows, my first G14 didnt change battery performance after all updates. (Note that I got my 2nd G14 only a week after I returned my second so I doubt some other update or process could've changed this). The last touch, one of the corners by the rubber feet on the screen is dented/pressed in, the other is a sharp corner. Idk if Asus's or Best Buy's quality control has issues or not. Other than that laptop's great. Besides the battery, those are minor issues. Laptop performs great for size, great screen, trackpad, speakers, keyboard and build (assuming you luckily get one with no sign of damage)

This is a great laptop, however I bought mine open box and it was absolute crap,they did not check to see if it was up to the standard they said it was on the inside and I had to exchange it for another thankfully it was a much better one that’s the only complaint I have you guys need to check your open box devices completely.

I purchased this laptop as an open box with the understanding that essential accessories would be included. The laptop itself physically was in good condition however the power adapter was not in the box. I had to return the laptop because of this issue.9

I didn’t realize that it did not have an Ethernet cable. Runs games well enough but sometimes battery life is not that good
