I bought this monitor to upgrade my gaming experience. I was planning on using it with my PC and PS5. Ill start with the good things I guess, the PS5 works amazing with the monitor on almost all settings. Except sometimes there is flickering when the monitor is on 1000 nitts for HDR brightness. Flickering with the monitor seems to be very consistent when the monitor switches from Dark to Light or vice versa. When using the monitor with PC its just not at all what I was hoping for. It has plenty of issues with the frame rate, brightness, HDR, flickering and It's underwhelming. This leaves me wishing I didnt spend $1400 on a monitor thats only good with consoles. -with all of this said i would only recommend buying this monitor if you are only going to play on a next gen console and dont mind spending a ridiculous amount of money on it. I hope this helps anyone looking to buy this.

Works great with xbox series x/s! Extremely fast with full 4K experience. Lots of extras including built in speakers, cross hair option, remote control and 8k gold hdmi 2.1 cable. Included stand is very sturdy. Requires an Amazon VESA wall mount that will support more than 40 lbs if you want to wall mount. If you want to game in 4K and have a screen size that doubles as a 4K HDR TV this is the monitor I would recommend. Not to big but big enough toenjoy a crystal clear picture.

4K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate would provide the extraordinary gaming experience, especially when you play cinematic games, the big screen gives you the scene in front. A bad point is the panel is VA, so ghosting is a big problem. In bright scenes, ghosting is ok, but it becomes more serious in darker scenes. In general, all other features are good.

Beautiful picture, 4k 144hz! The reason for 3 stars is this monitor has very odd behavior. It needs to be manually turned on whenever the PC is booted, it will not just wake up like most monitors. The software is also lacking giving that this thing costs so much. Adjust the volume? Better remember to close the menu screen because this thing isnt smart enough to let the volume indicator timeout. For the price this monitor will leave you wanting more and feeling cheated.

This monitor is an absolute beast bigger than I expected but definitely worth every penny I purchased this as an open box purchase for 675$ last month. I was a little skeptical at first but the monitor came in its original packaging in excellent condition. This 4k 144hz beauty has great colors and runs buttery smooth. I use it for the pc and Xbox series x. The onl complain I have the monitor not being curved

This is one of my very few negative reviews. This monitor has/had multiple issues from the start. Number one, constant and incessant flickering. I can't recall one game, one application, or any combination of settings that this monitor didnt flicker.... and DONT think about switching inputs when you have a pressing need... you make sandwich faster than this could swap inputs. Very Frustrating. Picture quality was ok at best, backside input ports are difficult to access, HDR is sub-par... the list goes on. Oh, did I mention that it failed within 60 days? Yeah, that is an issue too. I own 3 of previous gen ROG 43" for my racing sim and have been awesome but this newer 144Hz variant is terrrible.

I bought this monitor as a birthday gift to myself. I'm using it on the Xbox series X and it's absolutely mind-blowing at how clear everything is once you calibrate it thru the Xbox. Playing games at 120fps is amazing!

The image and the FPS on this screen are amazing. The size is just perfect, you get to see great detail without being overwhelmed by the overall footprint.

So far this monitor has been fantastic. I use it mainly for gaming with my Xbox Series X hooked up to the 2.1 HDMI. I do also have my Mac Mini hooked up to it as well. With the Mac Mini you will have to adjust Mac settings for font size, task bar size and similar sizing issues. With the Mac on, everything is just super tiny on this huge monitor, it was almost impossible to even read any words at all. This is fixed by adjusting the stuff I mentioned. Absolutely a great monitor, also the stand came attached so I didn’t even have to put anything together.

Love this display, it is beautiful and the 144hz is smooth as butter. One thing to note on this is i did not have full access to the settings menu until connecting the monitor usb hub to my pc and getting the official driver from ASUS as well as a firmware updater tool with a newer firmware pushed to the monitor, but would 100% recommend to all that are looking for a 43in 4k monitor that is also 144hz under 1k!!! unbeatable.

$1000 crap had this thing for few days now colors look over saturated shadowing is horrible OD mode is crap ive tried everything to get this configured correctly this thing has got me seriously fustrated with the amount of money i spent on it, to look like crap buy something else ill never buy asus/strix product again

bought it a few years ago and had problems right away. the display port wont detect a signal. easy fix tho just had to turn off tv and turn back on then would detect. however after two years the problem has worsened and now the gaming monitor won't work at all. going to buy a 4k name brand tv this time.

As advertised a very nice picture for a 43” monitor. Good colors, nice saturation and great for use with flight simulation at 4K . 60 FPS a good combo at 4K HDR. Much depends on the ability of the computer but this screen seems to keep up with very high end input. Don’t expect OLED performance but this is a great compromise at a much lower price and so far it’s worth it.
