I find monitor shopping to always be an unpleasant experience due to so many factors that impact the display. This monitor works for needs with gaming (1080p) and daily work needs. I had an MSi monitor but returned to get this due to IPS being a better display overall in my opinion. I've never had any real problems with Asus products over the years either.

This one has blurry text. It also uses a non standard monitor plug and comes with a power brick. I returned this one.
