This is the second such phone I bought; I'd bought an identical model several months earlier, then purchased this one for a different room because I liked the model so much. The phone has all the features that I wanted: answering machine, speakerphone, caller ID, a mute button, volume control for both ringer and handset, ability to pick up messages remotely, and others. I rated it 4 rather than 5 only because the sound quality coming from the earpiece is a bit on the tinny side, but this might not bother others.

We just got them set up this morning and I'm going to have to learn how to use them, but they really look nice! I love the look and the large buttons and multiple functions on the phones.

I love my new phone. It makes me feel like I'm a big executive in a fortune 500 company. "Susan get the president on the line for me. " Really it looks great, has many features, caller ID, battery operated answering machine, 2 lines, with the phone numbers on the directory for family and friends. Heck I can even call Washington or Moscow and shoot the breeze with you know who.

I hoped this phone would work out, because there aren't many 2 line corded phones with an answering feature. This phone replaced a very old Panasonic KXTMC98B. I had no complaints about audio quality from the party on the other end of the line, and other parties would come in clearly to me, but for some reason, I would hear distortion in the receiver when I would speak, a slight annoyance The speakerphone works pretty well for a phone in this price range. A few complaints about the answering system. Once your messages are played, and you determine the message is for someone else in the household and you do not delete the message, there is no old message indicator to key someone to check, as did my old Panasonic, unless you press the play button again. Secondly, hangups are often recorded as messages. The old Panasonic did a better job at distinguishing legit messages. Lastly, I ended up having to return this phone. It was wall mounted, and intermittently, the hook switch did not fully engage and the phone would be off hook for hours on end. I returned it to the Best Buy store, but because it was only available online, I was unwilling to wait another 4-5 days for a replacement. I picked up the same model off the shelf at another retailer (they price matched BB). I have not experienced any hook switch problems, but the audio and answering machine complaints remain.

This phone has all the features I needed and I always buy A T & T products. High quality, easy set up and last one lasted years!

Overall the phone is easy to use and meets all of my expectations from an AT&T product. Would like the microphone on the handset to be a bit clearer and more sensitive. The large buttons makes dialing easy and clear.

Easy set up, excellent sound quality, large numbers, fast programming, and overall excellent multi line phone, and answering machine.

My office internet package came with a phone line, so I went old school and got a proper office phone to use on occasion. Easy set up and works great.

Great phone bought at Best Buy great price. Had to replace my old phone this one fit the bill. Easy to operate, was very easy to set up.

Has all the features we want. Nice size, caller ID, large buttons and adequate call buttons for frequently used numbers. Love it!

I bought 3 phones. Use them all at my office and they work great so far! Love the caller id feature and answering machine.

If you still want and use a land-line phone, this one is great! Two -lines, easy to install. Can program many phone numbers and has two-line answering machine functionality. I had this phone before and was satisfied so I bought another one.

Previous old machine did not show caller name & phone #. This does and we love it--as it cuts down on answering the phone when is a robo call or someone we don't know. Hardly anyone from these calls leaves a message.

The phone does everything I need it to do and was easy to set up.

I like the answering system on it. And the blue backlight is pleasing. The speakerphone is what I use most and I've had no problems with that either.

Good value for price. Looks good and has all the working features a small business would need.

Easy to use and efficient. Only drawback is when phone on speaker mode..its sometimes hard for others to hear me.

A good hearty phone. However it has a lot of bells and whistles that you have to learn about.

The phone has many features that work fine but the receiver does not stay on the cradle when hanging on the wall.
