Questions & Answers
can I use this product on my MacBook Pro 2013 model screen ?
Answered by AudioQuest Customer ServiceYes, absolutely. We recommend waiting for the screen to cool down before using as a warm screen can cause the CleanScreen to dry too quickly and lead to streaks.
Can this be used on LED and LCD screens both safely???? We have several Kindle's and several LED tv's as well as glasses????
Answered by AudioQuest Customer ServiceCleanScreen is a water based product that is safe on all screens. Tip: when cleaning a TV, clean one small area at a time. Don't try to clean the whole screen at once otherwise the CleanScreen will evaporate and leave streaks. Do not clean the TV while it's on or while the screen is warm. This will only speed up evaporation. It works best on a cold screen.
Can it be used on any flatscreen television?
Answered by AudioQuest Customer ServiceYes it can. We recommend waiting until the screen is cool to the touch and treating a small area at a time.
What is the recommended way to clean the cloth?
Answered by AudioQuest Customer ServiceGentle hand wash is recommended, but it's OK on the gentle cycle in the washing machine.
