Good product! Sharp, bright and accurate picture. I love that you can allow family and friends to add photos through the app. The only downside with this particular model is that the screen is slightly dimmer when viewing at an angle, which some of the other models don’t do.

The frame displays very clear pictures. It puts 2 portrait photos on a page and 1 landscape photo on a page. The APP is easy use, just a little hard to see the details of the photo you are selecting. It would be nice if it displayed the date, but you can do it by pressing the top bar. The frame is very attractive. A great feature is the unlimited storage capacity.

Replacement for 3 year-year-old same frame that died. Was fairly easy to transfer all photos (online) to new frame using Aura online account. Great frame that dad/grandpa watches for hours to see his family; just a little disappointed that old version didn't last.

This is mostly a plug and play device, but I do find the editing and adding of photos to be less than transparent. I'd like to scan and put in really old family photos, but keep putting it off because of the extra effort involved.

Overall, this is a nice photo frame with a few concerns. My main issue is its heavy reliance on the cloud and internet connection. If your internet is unreliable, you might want to reconsider purchasing this or at least avoid using videos and live photos. The frame does not appear to store any media locally, so each cycle requires it to download photos and videos. This means it could essentially become a paperweight if anything were to happen to the company. It's also worth considering whether you're comfortable with the company storing and protecting your photos in the cloud. Despite these risks, I gifted it to my parents, who live hours away, so my sister and I can upload memories for them.

So far this is a good frame. I had some issues when I first set it up but Aura Frames customer service was very responsive and took care of them right away.

Fairly easy to set up and add photos. It is set on random and this helps making the viewing more interesting. I just need more photos added from my kids. Otherwise I like it and was a good purchase. Bought 06/2025.

This is a very nice, sturdy frame. Easy to set up and load pictures. My reason for giving it four stars instead of five is that only pictures taken in a landscape format fill the whole frame. Pictures taken with the camera in a normal, straight up position do not fill the screen.If you manipulate the picture to fill the screen it loses some of the picture and distorts the quality.

A great gift idea for family, either for a birthday or holiday. Nice.

Our Christmas was delayed until Sunday. A family member wasn't feeling good. I guess my husband bought this for me for Christmas. I haven't opened it yet. I checked it out on the website, and it looks pretty cool.

This product was very easy to set up. I purchased it for my mother, and she was immediately able to display her photos from her phone onto the digital frame.

This item was a gift, and the recipient loved it. My only issue is even you though you can upload pictures to the device to give as a gift it is not an option for you to review how the pictures are shown on the device before giving it as a gift

I can always look at my memories. Love it. Would recommend
