Quality and look are great. Never owned a bottom loader before and have to say it makes life easier. Only thing the rod that's inside the 5 gallon vibrates every time water is dispensed or pumping out water to fill into the tank. You kind have to play with it. If anyone has this issue and has solved it. Some tips would be great.

Even though this is more expensive than other ones I considered I’m glad I made this choice. Looked more better built from pics and so far it has been just that. Family is enjoying it. We use to buy the water bottles frequently and a lot goes to waste. This solves that problem. Had hot, cold and room temperature which some of us like.

I’ve bought this water dispenser it was my first time using this brand and it didn’t disappoint me I love the digital temperature it has and it’s sturdy. A great buy
