These printable labels are made with polyester, not paper. They stick permanently on a variety of surfaces including metal, plastic, painted surfaces, fiber, polycarbonate and glass. Avery UltraDuty GHS labels are designed for creating chemical safety labels that comply with OSHA standards and international standards for shipping chemicals overseas. Our waterproof blank labels have been tested to last up to 90 days in the ocean without falling off, peeling, dissolving or fading (BS5609 Sec. 2).
