Our organization's video studio uses this software extensively and the staff recommends it highly. So as a Christmas gift I got this for my son who is assembling a quality video production suite. Unfortunately, he can't use my gift, at least not yet. It can not be installed on his computer until he purchases a $50 a dongle from a partnering company to plug into his computer. This fact should be in your product description with a link to ilok.com

This is only for the support plan, not for the software itself. I chatted twice to make sure and clarified that it was the full software before ordering. The product box does not match the one on the product page

This is Not software! For the price of $99 I only received the Annual Support Plan for Pro Tools. (Activation card). The description and photo of the item on Best Guys website is not what you will receive. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchase.
