The movie itself is underrated, and the steelbook itself is cool in design and awesome with it’s features too- which include Dolby Vision and Atmos. Definitely made me feel special to get my hands on this✨.
Could have better shipping standards. But still a fun projects.

It opens with a scene involving elephant dung which is pretty disgusting, but personifies the Hollywood portrayed within. The film takes place at the end of the silent era with talkies rising up to destroy so many performers' lives. Margot Robbie is Nellie-wild, uncontrollable, self destructive though determined. Brad Pitt is Jack Conrad, the leading man who knows Hollywood needs to change, but is ultimately a dinosaur in the new era. Diego Calva is Manny, the audience representative allowing us to be initiated into the insanity of the movies in the 1920s-1930s. It is a bit much at times, but worth the ride. I was a bit sad at the end because it showed an end of the era, yet so much was destroyed in its path. Li Jun Li as Lady Fay Zhu as the Chinese actress forced out of Hollywood as the Hayes Code tightened what Hollywood portrayed was sad as was Jovan Adepo as jazz trumpeter Sidney Palmer forced to wear black makeup because the lights were making him appear lighter than the rest of his band & the studio feared the film couldn’t play in the south. Not to mention all the deaths glossed over. It is an excellent film

The cover art isn’t for everyone but I dig it. My thoughts on the film: A white hot cess pool of depravity and delight executed at the highest level by director Damien Chazelle and stars Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie; a film unabashedly uncomfortable to watch, brazenly vulgar but searingly honest about the dark side of Hollywood, the cost of following your dreams, and the price of fame. A cautionary tale and a love letter to the art of moviemaking and the city of angels itself Babylon roars off the screen ignited by an incredible jazz score evolving into a true epic.

This will go down as one of the misunderstood masterpieces of the 2020s. Chazelle made a movie for true cinephiles; it’s the antithesis of La La Land and puts a mirror to the film industry’s face for reflection on its history. Packaging is solid and discs are high quality.

This was an abslutely wonderful movie. Despite clocking in at three hours, I never felt that the film had overstayed its welcome. With a mix of drama, comedy, and intrigue, Babylon feels like The Godfather for a modern audience.

Someone please explain to me how this movie didn't win best film at the Oscars. Tragedy. The story is great. The acting is great. And, the 4K transfer looks and sounds perfect.

I love this movie and while some say the opposite I’ll always defend it. The steelbook is very nice and came packed with no dents or scratches overall great product.

Wildly fun movie that I think didn’t get great reviews while in theaters. Steelbook came in great condition which I worry about sometimes.

Great movie, great steelbook design. I actually found the steelbook cheaper elsewhere, so what does Best Buy do? Price match!!

The film is longer than the average but it never felt boring. The great cinematography is what gives it the replay value for me.

What a movie. There have been quite a few “tribute to Hollywood” movies lately but none like this. Loved it.
