I really love it great product well made I haven’t had problem with it I just lost the lock knob perfect for gift

Worked great. Battery lasted pretty long and everything worked like it should. Just does not work in salt water

My Grandsons and I were really excited to use this. It was a birthday gift. The main metal plate is held on by 2 small plastic clips,...the metal plate is far too heavy for these clips and they BOTH snapped the first time we took the metal detector out. They are probably the ONLY thing on the entire detector that cannot be fixed without replacing the entire unit. Extreme poor engineering when into this....being the plate is supported by these plastic clips the entire time you are using the detector, they need to be strong. (Not plastic!) I immediately wrote to Best Buy and the manufacturer, Barska, and to date, neither has taken the time to respond. I did want to give both an opportunity to resolve this, so I could add any resolution to my review, and rate accordingly. It has, however, been 6 months. It is useless, and literal garbage without the plate.

So far, detector has been good, but is fairly heavy to carry with one arm and ear pads on headphones slip off easily. Also, it would be nice to unhook heads phones from main tool.

The headphones are fixed to the unit and the foam pads of the headphones arrived loose and one was completely off the earpiece! Also gets heavy quickly feels like a dinosaur and the signal only goes about 3-4" deep

It works great but the head set rhat come with it is worthlessness.

I haven't really use this 1. I have two. But i will say it's a little more advanced in my opinion

This is good it has a depth of 32 feet under water wow right better have some oxygen at that depth it has all the adjustments to make it easy to find what you are really looking for metal, Silver, or gold nice little hobbyists metal detector.

It was one of my great christmas present. Cant wait for warmer weather to use it.

Great metal detector for beginners or experienced especially for the price.

My son used it as a toy. I'm uncertain how it compares to other metal detectors.

The item arrived damaged and was returned. The headphones were missing padding on one ear and had damaged padding on the other.

Came broken poor quality and cheap material. I was very disappointed was looking forward to using it at the beach with the kids.
