Headphones shipped to me with a “NG” sticker on it making me feel really skeptical about opening the box because where i work anything labeled “NG” means “No Good”. Sure enough headphones died during my bike ride 45mins, Fully charged. Thought it was a fluke so charged them that night and sure enough about 45 mins in headphones die again. Very disappointed with this product because i was coming from a very cheap headset before these and those out work these 100x due to them never failing me. Not recommended at all

These are so bad. They sound just like any regular earphones. They fallout off my ears easily, especially when I’m working out. It got a break in it a few months after purchase, called apple and got a warranty replacement cos it was less than a year old. A month after the replacement there was another break in it.(so with the break, the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from your device, I guess cos the earphones keep going on and off). So went and got the AirPods Pro. So far those have been good. It’s a waste of money. Would not recommend. If you search online you would realize the break is a general problem.

The product I received was used, you can see dirt inside the earplugs and marks of use. It even was previously paired, when I connected the device another person's name appeared. Disgusting!!!, I'm going to return the product and I'm probably deleting my account on Bestbuy. When I contacted Customer Support they did not resolved my problem and their solution was completely useless.

I just received this earphones today but it's not turning on..

I purchased these 11 months ago for my daughter for Christmas and they stop turning on out of nowhere but they showed fully charged when plugged in which told me something was wrong electronically. They have a one year manufacture warranty therefore we return them to Apple Inc. They founded ONE " small scratch " on the charge casing/ port and because of this, they denied the warranty repair/replacement UNLESS we wanted to pay up to $100 for them to make a repair....what a worthless product and worthless warranty!!!..

This was my second pair of these headphones. Neither lasted a full year. I run in them and lift weights. Nothing too crazy. They both just stopped working. One stopped playing music in one ear and the other wouldn't power on. I was talked into buying the Apple Care for the product as Best Buy does not stand by this product. However, neither does Apple so don't do it. Apple wouldn't fix them because a small screed in the earbud was missing. They wanted to charge me $30 for a screen that goes on the end of the earpiece and is so small that you couldn't find it if it fell out. The problem was the headphones wouldn't turn on which has ZERO to do with a screen in the earbud. So, basically I paid an extra $30 for AppleCare to get to pay and extra $30 to get my headphones fixed. So, I recommend buying another brand that is cheaper or that Best Buy stands by because you will be buying another set or paying too much to have them fixed. I know $30 isn't much but after paying $30 for the extra "care", just out of principle alone, I will not pay them any more money. NOW, with that being said, they do sound great and would be perfect for someone who just uses them while sitting around the house and not doing anything strenuous.

I had bought a pair of beats about 3 or 4 years ago. I love them, so I decided to get another pair I can leave at work. I ordered the same one I got a couple years ago. When I received them, I plugged them in to fully charge it and it says it was fully charged. So I started using them. Quality was the same as my old one, but the battery life didnt even last an hour! I figured maybe it wasn't fully charged. I plugged it in and kept it plugged in for about 2 hours. Used it and it still died in less than an hour! It clearly states 5 minute charge = 2 hour play time. False. Will definitely not buy again until they fix whatever bug they got going on.

THIS HEADSET LASTED NOT EVEN TWO YEARS. I EVEN HAVE A WARNETY ON THEM, THE ONLY SOUND I WAS GETTING WAS OUT OF THE LEFT EAR PIECE, THE CHARGE LIGHT STOPPED WORKING ALSO, THE SOUD IS GREAT BUT I WOULD NOT BUY THEM AGAIN. YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK TO THE COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY CAN FIX THEM, AND IF THEY CAN'T THEY WILL REPLACE THEM, ON MARCH 5TH 2021 I JUST DECIDED TO JUST PURCHASE A ANOTHER SET FROM APPLE HOPING THAT I DON'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH THE NEW SET AFTER HAVING THEM ONLY A YEAR AND A HALF. THESE COST 200.00 AND SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN THAT. I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THE BEATX PRODUCT. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER PAIR.

If there was negative -5 star rating it would fit these headphones perfect!!! My first pair that I had, the right side went out and eventually stopped working all together, with warranty they sent another sent another set. The replacement set right side eventually went out and just as the first pair, it wouldn’t come back on and would only flash red and white light. Because the warranty was out by the time the second set went out, I purchased my 3rd set during a Christmas sale along with my 3 children a set for Christmas gifts. One of my sons purchased himself AirPods before Christmas so I decided to keep the extra headphones for myself in case MY 3RD SET went out……. And wouldn’t you know, the 3rd set went out, flashing red and white light and would not turn on! I said no worries, I have a new set for this reason. Get the new set out the box and turn them on…. Flashing red white and would not turn on!!! Charged them, still would not turn on!! Because this was close to a year of having the new set that was never opened at first purchase and no warranty, I just gave up and purchased AirPods Pro! Wasn’t a fan of airpods due to small ears and fear of losing one if they fell out, but I refused to buy another set of these beats. DID I MENTION, THE BEATS HEADSETS I PURCHASED FOR MY CHILDREN CHRISTMAS GIFTS ALSO STOPPED WORKING!!! 6 PAIRS TOTAL!!!!!!!!!! ** The sound quality and canceling the background noise was better than any headphones I’d used, which is why I stayed with this set…they just dont last at all even with great care**

Bought mine and once I received I charged them and went to use them at the gym and couldn’t get them to work?!?! So I thought maybe I didn’t have charged them long enough. That day plugged them back in and charged them, next day went to the gym to use again. Lasted 40 min and dead again. So went home after gym again and charged it AGAIN! Once charged to 97% I had my daughter where them and after 1 hour and 20 min it gave her a warning of 12% battery life! THIS WAS A BRAND NEW straight of the package 2days dying pair of earbuds! I had Walmart brand earbuds that cost 10 bucks last over a year....disappointing to say the least.

Sound Quality is good but very poor battery. I exchanged one thinking first one might be defective, but turns out the second one is also the same. Will return the second one too. Don't waste your time in purchasing and returning.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas before I used the ones I bought for myself. They’re so bad she won’t use them. Thankfully we got some earbuds for Christmas that happen to be better than these, so she’s not entirely disappointed. They sync easily with an iPhone is the only compliment I have for these. I’m glad they were on sale.

They stopped working after a few months, it doesn’t hold charge, it cuts on and off, the sound quality cheap, has the latest update yet still doesn’t work, Best Buy told me “take them to Apple, apple says is not our problem I got a pair of inexpensive headphones from the 99 cent store working better than this cheap made dr. Dre beats X, I know what the X is for, x is for do not buy, x is for did not pass quality control.

These ear phones have the best sound quality but they only last FOR 1 HOUR the BATTERY LIFE SUCKS!!! When u charge these up from the time you unplug the battery just drains it was suck a turn off!! I was really mad because I love the sound quality of them but the fact that I could only use them for 2 hours at most was THE WORST!!

This is the 2nd time I purchased one of these. It has not even been 1 month and I already have issues. I charge these headphones for hours and get less than 3 hours of usage before it dies again. I actually charged it overnight before and the indicator showed fully charged. When I turned it on the beats app said it only has 3% charge. Now I have 2 of these in brand new condition and not working. The other one just stopped accepting charge after 5 months.

I've owned four pairs of these headphones. LOVE the sound. Used them every day, and the battery life was great. Now, the bad news. Pair 1: Lost after 4 months. Pair 2: Purchased refurbished, stopped working within a year, warranty didn't cover it b/c warranty was from ORIGINAL purchase date--as in, whoever bought them the first time, before they were refurbished. Pair 3: Purchased new. Stopped connecting after 6 months. Warranty covered replacement. Pair 4: Power button stopped working after 6 months and one week. Unfortunately, the original purchase was still where the warranty began, so that one week on top of the 6 months meant the current pair, though i only had them for 6 months, were not covered. Fool me three times, shame on me. Too bad, because I loved them when the worked. Time to try another brand.

I just opened this. I was going to give it as a gift, but my pods died. out of the box, there were no lights on. charged for a full night with the included 6-inch cord. The next morning, I got a red light only when plugged in. charged for another night with my iPad cord. while plugged in it had a pulsing red light. unplugged and nothing. "Press and hold power button for 5 seconds" NOTHING. so I charged for 2 nights total and they will not pair. IOS or Android. the light doesn't even come on for pairing. It's too late for me to return it for even a store credit, so I guess I am out the $100 for name brand headphone. I knew I should have stuck with Skull candy. They have never let me down. I am so disappointed. Go with the Sony version. Beats has gone down hill.

I bought these for my nephew for his birthday. He charged them up for a few hours and they would never turn on unless they were plugged in. (Kinda useless to be wireless but only works when plugged in) so I took them back to Best Buy. I tried another pair in the store since i lived an hour away from the store and could not even get them to turn on either. Had the sales associate try and they wouldn’t turn on for him so I returned them and bought another brand. He’s happy with the ones I got him as a replacement.

Bought this on Black Friday 2020 and a gift for my girlfriend, since we had a pair of Sony headphone bought more than a decade ago she decided to only use the beats sporadically, seeing if eventually the Sony’s would fail… eventually they started to fail and she decided to start using the beats and I think it was the third time using them since purchased, and their you go not working like most people are having the same problem and instead of pulling them off the shelves they are selling them now for $32.99 or something, so yes no more beats for me since warranty is over and it costs $90+ to fix after a call with Apple support.

Worst headset ever! Charged for 12 hours last night. Battery ran out after talking on phone for 3 hours! I was told by a friend that this was a great headset so I went ahead and bought myself one. My first impression was it plugs up my ear and the pressure is horrible. I was not able to put them in both ears at one time. They moved all around my neck and fell off a few times. People had a hard time hearing me as well. I am returning these and going back to the Plantronics Voyagers. So much better and a lot longer talk time!! I would give this BeatsX a -10 if I could!! Not worth the money.
