This item was on sale for $35 marked down from $100 and I’ve been looking for wireless earbuds so I ordered a set. They arrived in two or three days and looked great. They fit comfortably so I charged them up. They linked easily to my phone and sounded great. When I went to use them again a week later they were dead. I tried charging them up again and no luck. They wouldn’t turn on or charge or link so I sent them back and got a set or air buds from Apple for Christmas. Disappointed to say the least.

Particularly great set up earphones with good sound quality, convenient connecting to phones, but weird magnetic ear piece design and terrible durability. The sound is great. Connecting the headphones to the phone is great. Handling phone calls, pausing music, and changing volume is great. Charging and powering them on is great. The only thing wrong is the weird magnetic design that tends to look like a necklace and the fact that they broke so easily. I have had them for only 4 months and they broke from one day to another for no reason. I treated them perfectly but it seems the cable design on these earphones, just like other Apple earphones, is terrible. I reset the earphones various times, but every time they are reset and I connect them to my phone, I bend them over my neck and they just disconnect and break. They blink red and white for a while before eventually staying pink where it is noticeable that the headphones have broken. The Beats X are great quality headphones with great ease of use, but with very minimal durability.

Not too impressed. It’s hard to answer and end calls with the button. To wear them all day I do have to recharge them. The plus side is they are comfortable and they stay in place. They come with different sized pieces to find the one that works best for you. Call is clear most of the time, other times I have to disconnect because no one can hear me.

No wingtips or case included anymore. The wire between the earbuds is super long (gets in the way) and is thick in the back. Audio quality was decent, but volume doesn’t get nearly loud enough. My jaybirds were much better with audio and volume. The battery only lasts about 4 hours of listening or about 2 hours of phone calls, not nearly long enough. Returned these...

The wireless earphones are convenient and very easy to use but they do nor hold a charge. I also purchased the earphones for my husband, same problem and complaint from him. You have to recharge them several times a day if used frequently. The battery life is extremely short.

The sound quality is good. The clarity of the sound is good. The life of the battery is not. At most the battery life isn’t 4 hours at most. I had purchased 2 because of the price but ended up going back to the other brand that I used before trying this one

These are a bit disappointing. That 8 hour life is more like 2 hours on my set (yes fully charged) and I do not even talk that much on them. An hour conversation left me at less than 20%, and I am no stranger to using Bluetooth products or wireless headsets. The sound quality is basic, I would have expected more since they are "beats". I got them half price at $50 so I probably won't bother taking them back. If I would have known I probably would have gone with a different name brand for this type of headset. I probably should have looked for a Samsung for something like this as even the basic types have tremendous sound quality, much better than this.

Second pair of these I’ve purchased and had to bring them to Apple store several times for repairs, great sound quality and fast charging capability but both pair broke so needless to say wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know.

At first the sound quality is great and battery life is fantastic. But after a couple uses the battery life goes down way too fast and the sound quality degrades along with the battery. I have started having some connectivity issues.

This is my second pair. The first pair didn’t last but 2 months and I didn’t want to buy another pair but these are the ones that my daughter wanted. They do sound good and the battery life is OK but the first pair was disappointing.

The sound quality was good but the battery life was awful. I was always getting disconnected from calls due to the battery dying. That would happen after only using the headset one or two times.

Battery life is awful for being a high quality product. It does recharge very fast so that helps if you have access to that while out on the road.

Sound sounds distant, minimal bass, unlike most beats headphones. Battery runs out quicker than expected at mid high volumes. Not very loud.

I got these headphones for my wife (4th time in 2 years) as her last ones died after 6 months of normal usage. We really like how they pair nicely with iPhone's but they all break down after about 6 months of use and they never are covered for repair when we take them to Apple for support. If they didn't stop working after 6 months we would give them 5 stars but these are expensive to replace every 6 months.

Purchased this item on November 27. It is February 14 and have used this earphones for 12 times maximum, working on DIY projects indoor or outdoor walks. While good at first, the battery life degraded dramatically to the point that now the autonomy dropped to 1 hour 45 minutes from fully charged. I never got the 8 hours battery life since the beginning, 6 at most I would have been happy to live with 4 but know this piece is useless.

Sound is fair. Battery life is not so good as the headphone only lasts for 5-6 hours before turning itself off even though i fully charged it overnight. This doesn't allow me to use it during my 9-5 work hour and I have to charge it in the middle of the day. There are few times that i got disconnected in the middle of my meeting which is not pleasant. I believe that Beats has come up with the new model Flex to address the battery life issue.

These headphones have great sound and hold a good charge, but I do not recommend them for folks using with a Windows computer. I bought these primarily for work video calls, since the speakers on my Windows laptop are terrible, and they constantly have audio drop or don’t work with the computer’s volume adjust. Great for Apple users, terrible for everyone else.

Not the same... These used to be great, my 3rd pair. Something has changed. They're not as comfortable and the battery life is HORRENDOUS. I use them for music as well as voice and I can't get much more than 3 hours of use out of them. Glad they were deeply discounted and I believe discontinued now so someone else can't make the same mistake.

I bought the beats as a Mother’s Day gift to myself. The right earphone stopped working three weeks after I bought it. The volume and distinction of the sound can at times be very poor. I find that I have to turn the volume really high which I don’t like to do. I regret buying these and at this point I can’t return them. If I had to do it over I would spend extra money and get the earpod.
