Q: I see no mention of answering calls and a microphone? Does it have a microphone?
A: It does have a microphone, you can answer calls and even use siri.
Q: Can you use them on a computer?
A: Yes of course you can use them. Just need to connect them through Bluetooth
Q: Does Best Buy repair beats earbuds by Dr Dre? I need a new battery for mine.
A: No they do not repair Beatsx. I bought these and was told they cannot be repaired or have a battery replaced. At least that is what I was told. Mine stopped working a year after I purchased. I got a new pair and bought the extended warranty and now that pair is not working and trying to figure out the warranty to get a replacement.
A: All my callers on the other end of the line say my background noise is obnoxiously extremely loud. Even though I toggled on the “reduce loud background noise” setting on my phone. Even rain hitting my windshield they said was super loud.
Q: Are these compatible with a smart tv?
A: Yes, just Bluetooth connect.
A: I had to return mine within 14 days
Q: What's the range on the Bluetooth?
A: The range is excellent; I can be as much as 20 or more feet from my phone with walls in between and still have a clear connection! By contrast, a Sony around the neck headset I have starts breaking up at a mere 6-7 feet.
A: yes - there is controls on the wire. pause, rewind, skip and explode.

If you lose your airpods
This is finally the solution I’ve been looking for forever. If you’re a regular person like me, then you would have witnessed losing AirPods more than once or twice. Some of us have even seen it flush down the toilet where we couldn’t recover our glorious AirPod. that’s what I like about the beats flex. I think I’ve spent too much money on AirPods, AirPods Pro, Samsung buds, and every single wireless earbuds you can think of, but this is the best investment I’ve ever made in the headphones because I know for sure, I’m not gonna lose them because they stay stuck to me and there’s still wireless in the way, so the sound is not as good but it’s 10 times better than anything you can find that’s not in this price range. Super deal if you asked me.

Good quality headphones for the price
It does what I need it to do. My requires me to be active. There's a lot of walking and moving where I need to be hands free. And these really help me get through the day. The sound quality is good. Also, i work in a loud environment and when I'm on the phone with someone they can still hear me really well. It connects really easily. Havent had any issues there. My only concern (and it doesnt happen very often) is that every once in a while, for some odd reason, if I'm watching a movie or something on my phone, the sound will stop and I have to disconnect and reconnect. The only thing I don't like is how they just hang low. Sometimes if i dont want them to hang, I just connect the magnetic earbuds behind my head. Would be nice if they could come through with a version of these that had retractable earbuds. Other than that, it's a good product, especially for the price. This was a good buy.

Quality headphones you won’t lose
This is my second set of Beats Flex. I damaged another pair and decided to try air pods instead. After 2 sets I’m missing 2 pods and 1 stopped working completely. So i gave up and went back to beats. The sound is amazing. They stay on my ear even at the gym and on the rare instance one falls out it doesn’t go bouncing across the floor as I scramble behind it (PTSD). Battery life is good and lasts me the whole day. When it doesn’t i can charge them quickly from my car charger. They connect easily to your device and I’m able to use it with 2 phones throughout the day seamlessly. Highly recommend.
