If you use these for the gym forget about it. Buy another pair. They have no water or sweat protection at all. Ive gone through 2 swaps already in less than a year. For the money you could get 2 sets of lesser overhyped brands and have no issue. Ive had a solo 1 and 2 and i can say with confidence things have really gone downhill since apple took over. Sad

The headphones sound fine. They're a bit heavy and the lack of eq is pretty unacceptable at this price point honestly. But the main issue is that when you try to register these, they come up as invalid serial number. ALL of the black and gold models including the solo 4 wireless ones are coming up as invalid serial number. I reported this to Apple and they did nothing. This isn't best buy's fault. It's Apple's. I have quite a few pairs of beats and the other colorways aren't coming up invalid.

I hope these are better than the solo 3. The speakers stopped working on mine. Apple replaced them. A little while later the charging cable burnt up while still under warranty. Apple said that will be $34 for a new one.

First and foremost, I love BestBuy. I always buy my electronics there. Last year 2025, I bought my Studio 4 wireless Beats headphones. I took very good care of them and I haven’t them long, and then stopped connecting to Bluetooth. I don’t know if it was manufacture problem or what not. The point is, this is the very first in all my years buying from BestBuy that I have been disappointed in a purchase. I’m not that type of person to write negative reviews, but I work hard to my spend my hard earned money at your store.

It was my second pair of beats and it broke the same way as my first one… the right side stopped working and I don’t even own it for two years yet. Choose a different brand!!!!!!!!

trash, I buy them for my 2 kids 3 times and same problem over na over again . plus 2 pairs I bough on line best buy came from other seller and they say year warranty is up because of when they bought then from apple they are trash

These were the worse headphones I've ever owned they were extremely tight and I don't even have a fat head . Really uncomfortable . The battery life was amazing though

I already own the Airpods Pro 2nd Gen - I got these because I prefer over ear instead of in-ear. I have no idea how this is worth 200+ compared to the pro's. I had max volume on the headphones and my phone - sounded so low you could barely hear it. The quality is awful too - nothing about this screams quality. The color is not true pink, it's close to a gray/white. The buttons feel wonky and cheap and the mic for calls sounds like complete trash. You can hear all background noise not including that the phone call was super low even at max volume. Since Apple bought Beats they have not been the same.

They were great in the beginning, then one side stopped working and we had it repaired and again fine, until the next issue. Now they won’t charge unless you plug it to a computer.

Junk!!!!! arms came apart after three months of use. I couldn’t get them repaired under limited warranty. It’s not normal wear and tear for arms to Coke away from inside metal.

Tried to return unopened. Was told they couldn’t do it because it was outside of their 14 day return window. Wanted me to pay $50 to become a club member, THEN I could return them. Bye Bye Best Buy. Cancelling card, & wont be shopping here ever again.

I am very disappointed I bought these and then I get to use them for the first two or three weeks and I’ve used them a couple times finally and one side of my headphone will get so low. You almost can’t hear anything coming out and I’m past the exchange Timeframe. I would’ve never thought that I ever had any issues with this and I’ll never he’ll be another year before I can make a purchase for myself.

I purchased the open box excellent. Everything was suppose to come included. The package was delivered late. When it finally arrived the box was dented. I was missing the carrying case, the paperwork and the two beats cables (type c and 3.5mm jack). All i got was the slate blue beats and a no named third party type c black cord. Best Buy couldnt make it right by replacing my headphones with what they had a new pair. Instead i waited for almost an hour and the best they would do is refund my purchase and i have to wait 3 more days to get my money back. This is how they treat loyal customers. Give me a good unboxed unit when i paid for the excellent unit then cant take a couple dollars loss and give me a new unit when they messed up.

This review is more or less for Best Buy themselves. Got these headphones in January, they stopped turning on in August. Tried to take them back since it has been less than one year and BestBuy told me sorry, they distribute so they can't help me. Now, if I paid for more warranty than what beats gives me, they could help. I am done shopping at Best Buy. They wonder why box stores are losing customers. Try service?

The sound is all right. I owned a pair of the Solo 3 years ago and loved them. These were ok and when I made a call they couldn't understand me. I gave them away.
