I was very excited about this decade special edition, they look great! I love the look but sadly the sound is not that good, they said is all about the sound, is all about the bass... but is not, even I’m an Apple lover I have to say this headphones are not for me, also they hurt my ears after 45-60 minutes. Pros: Battery life Great Look (for me) iPhone connectivity Bad: They sound ok but nothing special, at least for me. They hurt my ears.

Headphones are a great product but didn’t realize that Apple had bought out beats and that they have changed the product to work with their devices.

I have always bought beats because they were cool and nice. They sounded pretty decent. However, at this point in my life I realized I was just getting caught up in the trend of headphones. Consumers especially parents don’t waste your time buying this product. Trust me I know I’ve bought at 3 different pairs of beats headphones in about 4-5 years! Save your time and money! I have bought the beats headphones with wires and of course the wireless headphones! I know what you’re thinking. You didn’t treat your headphones right... No I did like they were made of goal... But the honest truth is that beats aren’t great headphones for the long haul. For instance I purchased these wireless headphones about a year or almost 2 years ago. Now they’re giving me issues. They won’t connect to my phone unless I manually do it.. or I have to keep resetting it on my phone. That’s annoying!!! What’s also annoying is that I bought beats wireless headphones for this reason: The beats with the wire/cord would always go out after a couple years! Meaning time to buy a new cord or headphones. That’s stupid! I’m throwing money out the window. So I thought I was being smarter by buying the wireless ones. NOW, my headphones won’t connect to my phone sometimes unless I manually do it! Another thing that also irks my nerves. The covering that’s over the headphones/cushion it sometimes comes undone.. so you have to keep tucking it back under just so I can stay in place... I know you love your kids and want to give them the best of you want to be cool... but save your wallets! (: Thank you, sorry for the long rant

I wouldn't say my overall experience with Beats by Dre was bad if it wasn't for the high price. When one spends so much one has exspectatioons of quality, durability, comfort, but with Beats the only premium element you get is price. These are the 2nd pair of Solo 3 that stopped working in less than a week and the 3rd from the Solo Wireless line. They sounded good but at that price they should sound amazing. If these were brought down in price considerably you might have something but this will be my last purchase of this product at this price.

The sound is great and paired with iPhone, the battery life is EXCELLENT, but since they don't fit over the ears, they get uncomfortable after a while. I bought these for my son and he wore them on a long flight and didn't mind that they weren't noise cancelling but we had to trade headphones back and forth because your ears turn red after a while and we both have very small ears. I took them back and exchanged them for air pods which he loves.

I bought these headphones as an open box item from the store. I should have checked them before taking them home. On opening, I noticed they were extremely dirty in the earpieces although they were marked as being of excellent condition. Best buy associates were very rude when I tried to return the dirty headphones the next day. As for sound quality, it is OK but the noise suppression is not even close to that of SONY or BOSE.

I don't know how to rate these. I would like to rate Best Buy first. We bought these and then returned them because they did not work at all. Would not sync would not charge. Looking at the packaging these were opened before. Returned. Paid extra for a different set. Guess what. Went to sync them and a someone else's name came up. These has also been used before. If I'm paying 300 for something it better be brand new. I will not buy from Best Buy.

I wanted Beats since they came out, but they've always been pricey. I got an Apple Watch to run with and I hate in ear because they always lose the seal, which loses the bass (I tried a lot). I loved my old Sol Tracks, which were in line with the old Beats Solo, but cheaper. I wanted the Sol Tracks Air, but the Air model was discontinued after Sol was bought out. Then I found the Beats Solo3 Wireless on sale! I bought them and was immediately disappointed. It seems Beats has finally caved to the constant self absorbed professional whiners that Bose is better, so they dropped the bass and made everything super crisp and clear - too much so, I'm afraid - rap, hip hop and dance don't sound right to me, and the "equalizer" is almost flat with a slight lean toward treble. It was hard to hear the once famous bass from this brand on a lot of songs I loved, especially at lower volumes. The wireless pairing was awesome, but I had a lot of trouble turning them off. I had to look up how to turn them off to be sure I was trying to do it right (I was), and then I had to look up how to reset them to turn them off! This happened a lot. They bounced a little when I ran. The band is heavy, so when I did anything at the gym that wasn't vertical, they were sliding back and forth. When I was mowing the lawn, they fell off! These would definitely be worth a shot for the self proclaimed audiophiles who never made their own music of any kind, but they aren't for active listeners. Also note, they took a light drop and not only did the finish scratch, but the housing lost a large chip, much like an unprotected iPhone, but these do not have a case option for wearing around like the iPhone. For $300 ($220 on sale when I tried them) I expect a headphone I can do anything with for years, not just wear at a desk! Why else would you buy a wireless headset? After trying a few more brands, I bought a discontinued pair of Sol Tracks Air online and I like the full sound with constant tones at any volume with any genre.

I waited for this Dre beats to go on sale for months. Finally I bought it with 50% off. I was very excited to use it at the gym until... Previously I borrowed my son’s JBL headphones until I buy my own. As a JBL fan who makes car sounds speakers they always sound the best. So their headphones I expected the same and they were... So, I started using Dre beats and come to find out, it’s NOT and better then other headphones which I previously used JBL or Skull head. It sounds just like other headphones with very high price. The battery lasts longer for sure but ear pads are small and have this sawing stitches on them that you can feel it which is very in comfortable feeling. If I could return this I really would and buy a JBL. I’m just very very disappointed....

Don't let my name confuse you, I'm not that old. With all the hype I expected more, but was very disappointed. I found that I couldn't wear them with my glasses, they hurt. I wasn't`t impressed with the sound either. I returned them and got Bose instead. I am very happy with the new Bose. 5 star to Bose.

These are difficult to enjoy. It is hard to pair the bluetooth to multi-devices. They are heavy and tight on the head. The sound is the poorest of any headphones I have tried. The only good thing is the terrific range around the house.

Title says most of it. Had my solo 3s for a year and a half; took great care of them. Had to replace ear cuffs 8 months in. Now only the left side produces sound consistently. I believe there’s a short in the wire connecting the right speaker due to folding them when storing them away. Great design right?! Bought these for battery life and convenience with iPhone; be weary.

Nice headphones. I can see why people like them. The purple is a cool color. I do like them but you can't wear them for working out or when it it warm out. Forget wearing them in the summer. The whole area gets sweaty and the headphones get all gross. Also they are too big and fall off my head so I can't wear them for running or training. I pretty much just wear them around the house for hands free calling.

The sound is great but the quality of the phones not so much, expected more especially for what they cost. The sidebars start to get loose after awhile, just not snug enough. It won’t happen right away but I used 4-5x a week for a month (for gym) then it loosened up further with time. By that time Best Buy wouldn’t honor the return and said I had to go through manufacturer. Very unhappy.

The sound quality on this headset are awesome. However the quality doesn't live up to the Brand. After my warranty expired (about a year) the headset wouldn't connect to my bluetooth anymore so I can listen to my music wirelessly. It costs about as much to fix them as it would to buy a new pair.

I am probably the only person to regret purchasing these headphones since they are a big trend, but I regret purchasing them. They were super uncomfortable and ridiculously overpriced for what they are. I have only used them once and couldn't even wear them very long. I have since sold them to one of my friend's who also found them to be uncomfortable.

I had high expectations for this but it failed me really hard. I don't understand why such a beautiful headphone can be so tight that you wanna smash it on the floor after using it for about just 10 mins. The sound quality, well, it is beats by apple. I ended up returning it because of the extreme discomfort. And I am happy that I returned it.
