Bought these for Christmas for my husband and they dont pair. They dont hard reset. Just buds in a case. I cant even believe quality control let these leave the manufacturers… Horrible experience from the moment i ordered them and it took an extra week to get here. We have bought the cheaper pair of beats a few times and will prob just go back. They work for a few years at least.

The item did not work work. Purchased as a gift so it was outside of rhe 14fay return window. Unfortunately Best Buy uses third party vendors so they were unable to accept a return or offer a refund or in -store credit. Please do not purchase from a third party vendor! Best Buy should stop this contract. Bad business! 0 stars!

Did not hold charge or connect to bluetooth. I'm still waiting on a refund.

Bought brand new, seller shipped in a thin bag, arrived like it was in a trash compactor...charged them, gave them a try and were the worst earphones ever. The case was 100% full, only 1 pod charged then kept disconnecting, unpaired them gave it another try and bluetooth couldn't even find them. returned right away worst audio quality ever, wasted a gift certificate and wasted my time. would five it -5 ⭐️ if i could.

These headphones were great at the beginning. Exactly what i wanted - wrieless, great sound quality, great price. I am very upset though because we ahve only been using these for two weeks and the left earbud quit charging and wont work now. I guess the price reflects the quality in that sense

These headphones SUCK!!!! They are the worst Beats I’ve ever owned. The Battery life is trash. Noise Cancellation is a complete joke. I keep having connectivity issues. The worst part of it all is the BATTERY life (I know I’m repeating this).

I got these beats for my boyfriend’s Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I got them early December and we are now on January 17th and they stopped working. Unfortunately, these ones did not last as as well as my own personal ones that I’ve had for over three years. Never again will I get these ones $90 down the drain. Not just throwing beats under the bus but when it’s a Christmas gift, Best Buy should give an extended amount of time even like two or three months in case a device is defective as well. Because barely 3 weeks out and they’re messed up.

Very poor connection, if you put the phone on your pocket, keep it with you and have the headphones on they start stopping and going like murmuring or if you leave the phone maybe like two or 3 feet away from you they do the same thing they stop, and the video or songs start cutting off even with the call basically even if you have the phone on you or leave it two or 3 feet away the calls, the music everything starts stopping and cutting off

I liked the color and heard they are loud so I bought them but unfortunately they deserve a 1 star review they do not stay in your ear at all. Even if you use them to simply sit in place they will fall out of your ears and would never recommend for anyone who is active. Battery life does not last either.

I purchased June 18th today isJuly 23. I woke up this morning and the case had melted to the charger. Apple will send a replacement but requires a $260 hold on my credit card to do so.

Call quality is way worse than my $50 off brand buds. My buddy has a pair and was trying to carry a conversation with them in. I told he had to take them out or I was hanging up. He sounded like some weird robot. Then the music play back is awful. I keep getting this static interrupting my music even tho I’m listening on a new iPhone pro and using the Apple Music app. I’ll be returning these.

The left ear bud static. They are hard to get back in slots correctly. Hard to hold on to. Just not happy with design.

Do not buy open box at Plano store absolutely unacceptable I tried to buy a pair of open box excellent and low and behold there was ear wax all over the headphones along with the packing being ripped and torn apart will be contacting corporate my only option I was given was a refund not even a replacement

Waste of money!! Not even the deal or sale is worth it.. nobody waste your koney on these!!! They never connect, if you have both on only one side works.. you have to set them in the charging case and reapply to your ear for connection.. the case seems to be dying all the time because my phones little notification banner is always coming up.. 20% battery left… 20% battery left… like bruh!!! I charged you, i have you plugged in!!! Please dont waste your money on this trash

I loved these so much. They fit great, sounded great, were easy to use. Until they stopped working. About 10 months after I bought them I started having connectivity issues. They’d connect to my phone but would get staticky. I couldn’t put my phone into my pocket without losing sound. I contacted both apple and Best Buy and even though they were still under manufacturer warranty I was told there’s nothing to do about it.
