As far as design and style, these are SUPERB buds. Beats always has amazing craftsmanship and are cutting edge when it comes to style. They are very cool looking and they are comfortable. For me they didn't fit well at all and constantly fell out of my ears, even when trying the different earpieces. The buttons are difficult to press and push the buds deeper into my ears. The sound is fantastic. My music sounded crisp and clear and... LOUD which is very nice. But, their downfall (for me personally) is the noise canceling. It "over" corrects loud noises, trying way too hard to silence them. However the "pass through" setting was quite nice. Just not for me.... had to return them. And, BestBuy is great with making sure I am satisfied. They took them back without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank YOU!!!

I bought open box excellent. The item was poorly checked and cleaned. Seems earwax of previous used person struck on both buds. Disgusting to see them. Not expecting this kind of product on open box excellent from Best Buy. This is poor standards of checks done by bestbuy.

Physical quality of the exterior design is simple smooth texture and quality design is slick. The downside I had overall is the internal connection signal with the beats is horrible. Keeps connecting and disconnecting. I factory reset it like 10,000 times and still does the same thing. I am disappointed.

I do not recommend purchasing these! Trying to listen to anything they give off a terrible static sound. Upon looking up ways to fix this and after trying all the suggestions I found a Reddit thread of other people who have had this problem since the beats released saying that it seems Beats has no intention of fixing this issue. Try a different headphone or brand entirely. I was very excited we were finally getting our translucent tech items back but I guess not

Absolutely garbage, unfortunately I have no time to test them well and missed the return window for 2 days ... These buds have extremely bad call quality. They reduce frequency to about 11kHz for microphone and speaker. People do not understand what you say and you can't understand what they say to you. This conversation sound quality is a flashback to the 00s. With these "vintage" buds you will always call back to the past. I really hate these buds.

Honestly regret buying these. Constantly fight them staying in my ears, tried all of the sizes. Frequently get static/glitchy sound, frequently have problems answering calls, people say I sound like a robot. I liked the outer buttons at first but found out quickly that I like to lay down with them in and they bump and turn off what I was playing. At first they seemed to work well. I needed something noise cancelling with a good mic and it seemed to fit. But after a couple months I would not recommend buying these. Got the AirPod pros and they are significantly better, fit my ears, no sound problems.

This is a poorly made model! I this is my second pair after switching outter other pair and every e so talk to can't hear me. They say it sounds like i'm under Water. I have been butting beats since early 2000 and these are the worst product I have experienced from them. I even bought the clear case for the aesthetics and it's poorly made as well. I guess I'll have to give the Apple Buds a try.

Man, was I stoked to try out the Beats Studio Buds + True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds! I've been a die-hard Beats fan for ages, so I had high hopes for these little guys to be my ultimate audio sidekicks. But, boy, was I in for a major disappointment. Right off the bat, the Studio Buds + had this annoying habit of randomly disconnecting. Like, seriously, I'd be grooving to some tunes or chatting on a call, and bam! The connection would go poof. Talk about a buzzkill. And let me tell ya, the unreliability didn't stop there. Sometimes, the earbuds would work flawlessly, no complaints. But other times? Oh, boy. The noise cancellation would glitch, the sound quality would go wonky, or the controls would just act all funky. It was like playing a game of musical chairs, never knowing what issue would pop up next. Super frustrating, I tell ya. All in all, the Beats Studio Buds + left me seriously underwhelmed. They were as unreliable as that flaky friend who constantly flakes on your plans, and the frequent disconnections were a real buzzkill. Plus, for the price they charge? Nah, not worth it, my friend. I wouldn't recommend these earbuds to anyone. Here's a quick rundown of the pros and cons: Pros: Good sound quality Comfortable fit Long battery life Portable charging case Cons: Frequent disconnections Unreliable noise cancellation Finicky controls Expensive If you're on the hunt for wireless earbuds that won't pull the disappearing act or leave you hanging, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Trust me, there are plenty of other awesome options out there that won't give you the same headache as the Studio Buds +. Keep searching, my friend, and you'll find your perfect audio match.

These are probably one of the worst decisions I’ve made. They never stay connected. The sound/mic cuts out. Makes a horrible buzzing sound for the other caller. When connected last night went on a motorcycle ride and the audio kept cutting in and out like the connection to the phone was bad for MUSIC on a MOTORCYCLE RIDE! Made the ride horrible.

I hate these earbuds. Even though I bought them less than two months ago and the audio quality is fine (at least for a little while and under ideal circumstances), I just ordered new earbuds from a different brand. During playback of anything, if my iPhone gets any alert (like a banner) instead of just playing a tone (what the phone does), it insists on reading the whole thing to me. And when it does this it mutes whatever I am actually listening too, but doesn't pause playback so I miss content. Supposedly there is an app that might enable me to turn this feature off, but since the earbuds already use too much phone resources (see below), I am not tempted by this. In terms of phone resources, if I have the effrontery to, say, play a game on the phone while listening to music, the music often breaks up and plays badly because something the game is doing and the earbud software requirements sent through the Bluetooth connection conflict with each other. The battery life is horrible too. Maybe the battery in the case lasts a long time, but the little batteries in each earbud don't. After a half hour phone conversation, the sound quality breaks up and I have to switch the phone to speaker mode to continue.

I had a bad experience. This product has given me nothing but problems since I bought it. I have taken this set to the Apple Store three times now. At this point, I’m ready to cut my losses. They are easy enough to use, but the microphone just cuts out at will during phone calls. I have to switch my phone’s audio output to get the microphone to reset. There is also the issue where the audio gets progressively more distorted while watching YouTube and actively using another app simultaneously. It clears up (temporarily) when I take YouTube back to full screen. These headphones have been utter trash. Support has been lacking. I’m almost certain that I may have been sold a counterfeit. Never have I ever had such a terrible ownership experience as I have with these Beats Studio buds+. I even suggested that Apple send me a different color pair so that I know they have been exchanged, but no cigar. Best Buy has been no help either since the problem showed itself just outside the return window. As long as the warranty is good, I guess I will just keep returning them to Apple for repairs that don’t solve my problem.

Mic stopped working less than a month. Dropped it off to Best Buy for repair or replacement which they said would be completed in 4-7 days. That was on October 22nd. As of today, November 15th Best Buy refuses to honor Total Tech Member warranty and provide a replacement. They’ve gone well outside of the estimated time frame and are throwing their hands up completely saying “well we had to send it to apple to repair and there’s nothing more we can do to help you. You’re just going to have to keep waiting despite the fact that you are a Total Member and have Apple Plus Care” both of which mind you claim to offer speedy repairs or replacement if the item can’t be fixed. Best Buy has become itching more than a glorified middleman taking your money to do what you could have done which is go to the manufacturer directly. These headphones are garbage and obviously not fixable. They’re neither worth the money or the extended protection you think you’re getting when you pay extra for Apple Care + and are a TotalTech member which they’ve now severely down graded and called “My Best Buy Total” …… waste of time and money! Just purchase from Amazon if you feel like gambling with these glorified ear plugs. They’d have taken the return and Id have gotten 5% cash back for the original purchase and saved the $179 a year I pay to receive the equivalent of no service at all from Best Buy. Now I have to contact Federal Trade Commission, log a complaint with the BBB and file for breach of contract warranty bc the quality of the earbuds and service from Best Buy is horrendous. Maybe I got a dud …..but with service like this it’s just not worth the gamble!

The speaker function for phone calls literally has not worked since I bought them and when I googled it apparently the whole world has also had this issue. The volume randomly goes out in one ear and makes loud shrieking sounds. It was able to announce texts for a week before that function stopped working as well and it now just stops playing my music when someone texts for like 5 seconds when it would be reading the notification. They automatically connect but I have to push on them to get the sound to transfer so it plays out loud on the phone first which is insanely annoying. Don’t buy these.

Beyond Disappointed. I own several pairs of Beats. Figured let me upgrade to the Studio +. No one ever hears me, there is always static on the receiving end. More problems than they are worth. Own 2 pair of Beats Fit Pro in Stone Purple and Sage Gray alway/s end of losing an earbud unlike AirPods cannot purchase one bud as a replacement. After investing in 4 pair of Studio Headphns and at least 4 pairs of earbuds these must be defective because I absolutely hate them. $200 wasted.
