I’ve been somewhat happy with these earbuds but they could be much better. I use these about 10 hours each week. The battery life has been great for my needs. They pair easily with my iPhone and the sound is good when they’re working right but occasionally I get a really loud static or interference noise from the left ear bud which is quite startling and hurts my eardrum if that makes sense. Also lately if I have my phone in my pocket while I’m walking, the connection cuts in and out. They’re decent but not even a year old and having what feels like some major issues for the price I paid. I would expect that from some cheapies, not these. Also for what it’s worth, even the smallest silicone earpiece is uncomfortable, would be nice if a smaller one was available.

I think that for the pricing, you can’t beat it. I wanted to try another Beats product after using the Beats Earbud Pro which were amazing BTW. The studio Beats have great sound quality and the battery is very sufficient. I haven’t had any issues with them “falling out”. Overall great product.

I bought this as an open box item. The sound quality is pretty good for the price. But the microphone makes it so everything sounds muffled when I’m on a call. I’m not sure if that is an issue with the product or just that it’s because it was open box.

Had it for a long time really good quality, but the charging piece doesn’t work even though you clean it still having trouble charging it and sometimes the headphones have like ecstatic sound and it cuts off when the music is playing so sometimes it disconnects by itself and it takes a while to connect

I really liked these when I first bought them back in March, it’s now August and it seems like theres more and more problems with them. My left earphone, maybe about 2 months ago started making this weird airplane sound, you could still hear out of it but the noise would be on top of the sound so i would have to adjust the earphone a certain way so it would stop which would then make it fall out. Now my right earphone is starting to do the same thing except its a little less severe. The audio also isnt that great especially on facetime i run into issues where the other person has a hard time hearing me. Im not sure if the headphones I just bought in the first place were defective since it didnt take that long for the issue to start which is unfortunate as i really enjoyed using them. The color is super cute i have the cream ones and the noise canceling and transparency modes are really great. I think its time for me to buy new headphones as the issues are starting to get to me

Sound quality isn't bad but they’re not better than the AirPod 4’s. connectivity is a big issue for me and not something I’d like to deal with so 3 stars it is!

I thought they were great ear buds. The product it self if very nice but the highlight of the product like how it has true noise cancellation when it doesn’t truly have it. I could still hear outside noise with then both in. Also if you were on the phone no one could hear me or either I would sound muffled or distant. The sound quality with music was decent.

Sound good, noise cancellation is ok Take too LONG to connect with IPhone. Sometime does not even connect with Phone

Ear buds work okay. They are too small for my grip and was having a lot of trouble keeping them in. The sound quality is amazing thou

They are OK. Fall out of my ears easily and not fully nose canceling. The product is better than best buy service. I tried to do in store pickup. Website stated ready in one hour. Was not ready after three hours. I switched to delivery. Supposed to be delivered next day, Saturday. They were not. Then the delivery went to 'pending' and I did not receive until the following Tuesday. When I tried to complain to best buy customer service, I was directed to a PAID SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE where I would have to create an account and put down credit card information in order to receive customer service!!!!!

They were so nice the color the fit everything, they were the cutest color and they fit amazingly in my ear , only downside is they felt really cheap and the transparency mode wasn’t that great

They are okay for the price. I do not use then very much so that a why I bought these instead of the apple pods

[Employee of bestbuy] They are probably very nice earbuds, however, I could not get them to sit comfortably in my ears, no matter which tip I tried. Also, I was told by people calling me that I was garbled or choppy, even though my phone was in my pocket and I had full 5G signal.

Battery life is short, does not stay in ears, easy to loose.

I really enjoy the sound quality these have. They fit comfortably in my ears and do not require adjusting throughout the time I'm using them. The noise cancellation feature could be better, they do not cancel out noise as well as my AirPod Pros but they do help drown out some background noise. Connecting them to my phone is a hit or miss, sometimes they will automatically connect and other times they require some assistance. I'm still trying to figure out why the microphone isn't working. I've tried taking phone calls a few times using these earbuds and the person on the phone can never hear me while I'm using these.

I was disappointed these didn’t work out for me because they have a long battery life and are so small and comfortable. However, I experienced too much static. I don’t know if others had that experience as well, but it was super annoying. And I would use these on a nature trail so I know it wasn’t interference. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I have had a pair of apple airpod pros for a few years and recently thought i lost them. Unconvinced they were gone forever (they did turn up) i didn’t want to buy a second pair…. So i got these as a backup. They are ok. The sound quality is more tin like than the airpods and the noise cancelation isn’t good. Although situational awareness is necessary… peoples weird breathing at the gym is obnoxious. Although these buds are small (a good thing), i have dropped these little suckers a few times. They’re hard to handle because of their shape I guess. When i run they stay put and dont get sweated out! Although I’m not overly impressed, they are a solid back up and good enough overall.

They keep falling out my ear….. The connection gets poor while talking otp is near by…it does stay charged for a long time…. But it is loud that’s a plus but I’ll be looking for something else

Great ear buds but bluetooth connectivity sucks 1/10 maybe 2/10. I had less issues with the $40 soundcore earbuds I had before this. Disappointed. Noise cancellation and sound quality is great.
