Support for Nintendo Switch provides up to 4K resolution. Nintendo Switch OLED is limited to 480p resolution. Power Hub will only function as intended with a Switch (or laptops, tablet, etc.) when paired with a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included, sold separately) that can transfer 10 Gbps or more such as a USB 3.1 Gen 2 or above Type-C cable. Other types of cable, such a USB 2.0 Type-C charging cable or Thunderbolt3 USB-C- to USB-C cable, will not work with the Power Hub when connecting to a Switch.
