By the time i could use it, one of the ports did not work. I did buy it opened so that could have been a factor- was too late to return so im stuck w/ it. Works for what I need it too but was disappointed that it did not work as advertised.

Overpriced. I got and was flimsy. DEX mode wasnt fully supported. It worked ok, but limited features with my samsung tablet. I would advise get a better unit

I tried to use this connector to set up dual monitors on my laptop. The store employee stated this was the one I needed. It did not work as I needed. It is not the fault of the cable or the employee for that matter; it was just the wrong application. Good news is Best Buy took it back without issue; good customer service

I'm not sure what this is used for. My wife plugged it into her tablet then plugged the charger in and the HDMI into the monitor. The battery went dead on the tablet, so evidently it will not charge and transfer the image to a monitor.

The converter doesn't work as well as expected. Frequent monitor cutouts are annoying and as a result I would not recommend this unit.

The Belkin AVC002 is compatible with mobile devices and laptops that have a video-enabled USB-C port. It has also been tested to work with Thunderbolt™ 3 port-compatible devices. Make sure that your device supports video-enabled USB-C port. Thus, you may try plugging it to another compatible device. I bought it because one of the reviewers mentioned he could connect his smartphone and tablet. I tried connecting my Dell display to my Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy A13, and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) through this adapter. Did not work with Galaxy A13 and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. With Ultra 22, it worked only through the DeX app with limitations. For example, I was not able to see movies or Samsung TV.

I purchased this item so that I could project the screen from my iPad Pro to a television. The HDMI connection works just fine, but the USB power passthrough does not.

The sales rep told me it was compatible with my iPad Pro at that it would supply power for charging while in use. It does not. It works fine otherwise. The lack of charging limits how long you can use it.
