Will this work with a Samsung S3 tablet? Tried Zeskit cable (USB-C to HDMI) which does not work. Charges via cable, but cannot control Panasonic TV from tablet. Read Samsung post about Samsung tablets no longer supporting MHL?

Wil it work with pixel 3 with out WiFi I have heard pixel 3 doesn't support this. Tired of consuming my hot spot.

Does Chrome OS support this adapter? I want to use it on a HP Chromebook x360 11 G1 EE 11.6" Convertible Notebook through the USB-C port to add an external monitor.
