Had to take the case off in order for it to work. But does the job. It charges pretty decent . Its not a quick charger but it does the job . Great quality. Its not some cheap peace of plastic. Its actually pretty decent and has some weight to it. Also magnetizes to the phone once you lay it on the charger i thought that waspretty neat most of them fall off bc it doesnt stick to it. But this one does for my wifes Iphone 12. Reason for buying bc she broke her charger port. And needed her phone charged

The unit is able to charge my phone as expected. The build quality appears good. Perhaps an LED would be nice to let you know if everything is plugged in properly; one night the USB C cable was not connected properly and I woke up to a dead battery :(
