Digitally remastered two-fer containing a pair of Jazz/Funk albums from the New York-based pianist. Bernard Wright was only 16 when he recorded the 1981 album Nard. The album features the two heavily sampled tracks InchHoboglabotribinInch and InchSpinninInch. Another highlight of the album is a version of Miles Davis Solar'. The Funky Beat album allowed Bernard to explore many areas of black music including Jazz, Soul, Funk and Break Beats.
