Very good.service is good too. Bespoke is a line of refrigerators designed by Samsung. These particular appliances are customizable, with panels ready for different colors and finishes. If you want a green or a red refrigerator, consider buying from the Bespoke line. These models come in both standard and luxury options.

The Bespoke Refrigerator looks like a piece of beautiful jewelry in our kitchen. We did white panels with a black glass pull out freezer drawer. Really like it!

The installation went so smoothly, I was amazed and delighted. They were courteous, on time and friendly. They came in, introduced themselves, removed the old Fridge, unboxed the new one, installed the water connections, removed all the plastic protective film, cleaned and installed the custom panels correctly, and explained both the operational items, and provided normal care and cleaning tips. I have had 8 refrigerators over the years, and this delivery and installation was by far the best!

When you buy from Best Buy you can rest assured that the delivery guys are helpful, trustworthy, and can get the job done correctly. We had a couple of appliance deliveries and it was all a great experience. I love my Bespoke Refrigerator. I chose the white panels on top and the stainless on the bottom two drawers. They don't show fingerprints like my friend's darker panels, although her blue panels are beautiful.

We liked the countertop Samsung Bespoke refrigerators so much we bought two for the kitchen to replace upright SubZero equipment. The Morning Blue glass tops and white glass bottom are so beautiful we matched them with replacement colors on our upper and lower cabinets. The ice-makers keep us in really cold and richly abundant ice for entertaining. And the electronic readings for the temperatures in each of the compartments is at once practical and reassuring. Also compelling is the opportunity to access cold water in a pitcher rather than a noisy spigot, as well as ample soft drinks, through the cleverly engineered half-door built into the upper panel on the left. Indeed, today I am going back to Best Buy to get a matching slide-in cooking range. How's THAT for five-star enthusiasm?

Love the style and look of the refridgerator. Large capacity, capable of holding plenty of items. Would like to have more options to adjust the shelves. Refrigerator is not readily available and takes weeks to have it delivered. Unfortunately, the fridge came damaged. Then, the replacement came damaged as well. Purchased in September, still waiting in November. Most important: NO User Manual provided, only available on website.

What a beautiful and smart refrigerator/freezer. My refrigerator has three different color panels with regular depth. It has a beverage compartment with an auto-fill pitcher. It is big and beautiful. I love it.

I was disappointed by shattered panel then it took awhile to order a panel with different people and delayed time to installed.

Love The Sleek look, also the two different kinds of ice! The water pitcher and separate cup- water bottle filler is amazing! Highly Recommend!

The man that came to deliver my fridge was annoyed and complained the whole time about having to take my old fridge because there was no room in the truck. He wanted to leave it on my curb and schedule a pick up another day. I asked him if he could pick it up the same day and he said no. He asked me "whats the problem?" I told him i couldnt just leave it on the curb. I do not have a garage and I paid for them to haul away the old appliance. And then the second guy broke my panel when he was trying to install it. At least he was nice and that was just an innocent mistake. They were on time, and he did haul begrudgingly haul away my old fridge. Also the annoyed guy put the waterline on the table and pointed to it when he left and said "theres your waterline." Did not connect it to existing water line.

Really good service and install no complaints the guys came in to care of business and adjusted the fridge to make sure its leveld and installed the panels. it looks great.

This is the fridge of my dreams! It is large enough to hold food for a family of 7.
