I just renewed my contract this year 2026 for another years to come. This is a peace of mine that Best Buy Gerk Squad team ms offers to endsure that anything breaks down no questions asks but honor the promises protection plan. Either Reoair it or Replace it.

I signed up for Best Buy’s total yearly membership, and it’s been a great decision. The membership offers nice discounts and perks that make shopping for electronics much easier and often more affordable. I appreciate the priority customer support — whenever I had questions or needed help with a purchase, their reps were prompt, helpful, and professional. The extended warranty and protection benefits give me peace of mind, especially when buying expensive items. This membership has been great for me and my purchases. Fortunately I haven’t had to take many items back but the few times that I did, the whole process was smooth and stress free. If you’re a frequent Best Buy customer, I’d highly recommend getting this.

This Membership has been a really good investment. I bought a Computer and Monitor that worked very well, but he liked his old computer better. A Tech Expert got his old computer to work with Windows 11 so I needed to return the computer and monitor. Thanks to the Membership allowing 60 days for returns, I was able to get me money back. I am hoping to start working on getting a new computer for my Mom who has a very old Compaq Laptop. Thank you for saving me and my Family money this year, E.D. Flood

This membership has saved me more times than I can count. If you are someone who buys multiple electronics from Best Buy in a year then this is definitely for you. You make back the money you spend in the automatic free 2 year warranty you receive.

Super helpfu to have. Knowing my equipment is warrantied is a load off. So glad Best Buy is still around. To be able to actually walk into a store, or pick up the phone and talk with a specialist that knows about the products is something everyone should be glad to experience!

This makes my 3rd iPad that I’ve owned. The first one completely wore out after traveling the world with me for about 20 years. The 2nd one has just now finally just about given out after about 10 years of hard use and 2 grandchildren. So, I think I’m due a new one.

I love having the Best Buy Total membership. I have been a member for years. I love it. It's nice knowing if any of my devices or appliances have issues that they'll be replaced, or I'll be given store credit for the amount I paid . The membership total pays for itself at that point.

This membership truly is real value just the 60 days being returnable is worth it alone. As we all know, technology works so well the first month but sometimes gives up on you the second. This is saved me countless times and you get discounts and you get protection and you get everything such a great value honestly.

Hey Guys, I really like the best buy yearly membership. I get a warranty on all of my electronics items, and I don’t have to pay for labor charges in case they have to fix something for me.

With the Best Buy membership I’ve been able to save a decent amount of money on certain products. It has also come in handy whenever I have had technological issues as one of the perks of the membership is having the ability to bring a device to geek squad to get it checked out. Overall I would definitely recommend the membership to a friend.

The Best Buy Total membership is a great value! The discounts are great, and the free protection plans are an incredible perk! I bought several Apple products as Christmas presents and the free Apple Care paid for the Best Buy Total membership!

Signed up for the My Best Buy Total membership thinking I’d maybe use it once or twice, turns out, I use it constantly. The free shipping, extended warranties, and tech support alone make it worth it. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost just on repairs and discounts. The protection plan coverage is great peace of mind for big purchases like TVs, laptops, and controllers (especially in a gaming house like mine). Plus, being able to get priority service and same-day delivery on some items is a huge bonus. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership basically pays for itself. Zero regrets.

I’m very happy with my Best Buy Total membership. I use it frequently throughout the year. It more than pays for itself since I’ve had to have two laptops wiped and reloaded. The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I also appreciate the two year warranty on my purchases at Best Buy

I don't find geek squad is that great or helpful. I had a issue with a tv and geek squad was horrible with how to handle the issue and knowledge of how to handle the issue. I just want you the costumer that best buy takes your money for extra coverage but depending on the tv manufacturer warranty I payed and they didn't cover it or even helped on the issue I had to go back to the tv manufacturer they took care of it because the had to they gave a 2 year warranty on their tv and I wound up getting a refund because they don't carry or have a better quality tv. But to get the refund it took almost 2 months. So no tv for that amount of time I don't recommend getting the extended warranty that best buy offers in my opinion. Hope this helps.

It has been a great thing for me. It helps me get things fast when need if i have problem with one of my electronics or brake a screen protect and with kids I've had to replace several screen protectors for free so its sved me money.

I typically don’t purchase memberships at businesses but My Best Buy Total Membership is such a great value. I love that it protects my purchases and there are so many other deals it unlocks for lower prices. The app makes it easy to maximize my membership’s value.

I am really loving the membership program. I don't have to worry about my insurance running out on certain products. The deals I get with the program is definitely a game changer. My family and I have always shopped bestbuy and continue to for a very long time.
