At first this was something i didnt think i needed. Were all trying to save money every way we can these days. But with kids and life, the way well the way life can be you never know when and where accidents can happened. This total coverage has you covered. Bestbuy is there with no hasle!! They have the best deals than all there competitors and the best products. All high end products and they stand behind there sale.

This is the best investment I have ever made. I use this membership to assist me with all of the devices I have purchased at Best Buy. I often bring in my computer for various reasons and in most cases the issues are fixed immediately. Recently my 65 inch TV over a year old was have a sound box issue- Best Buy replaced it because of having the total membership. Within a week a new one was delivered and replaced on my wall mounting. The service I have received using my membership has been outstanding.

This service came in real handy and quick service when my laptop got hacked. They went through my whole system and removed all of the information that was being hacked. They removed all spam and hidden accounts that did not belong. Then they tuned up my laptop to make it run more efficiently. I would highly recommend this service for the cost of the plan and the service is fantastic.

I keep my membership with Best Buy to have just incase something happens to one of the many purchases I have with them. I recently had a problem with a purchase that was broken, took it to Best Buy and it was replaced with no questions asked. Most of the people at my Best Buy location are very nice and helpful. I will continue to buy from the store and keep my membership, you never know what will happen to one of your purchases in the future!

We have belonged to Best Buy Total Membership for over 2 years. We wouldn’t be without it! We have recouped our annual Fee both years. We had a television which was less than 3 years old, start acting up on its color accuracy. After coming out to see if it could be fixed, Best Buy replaced it with the same TV, but it was the most current model! The peace of mind knowing even after the manufacturers warranty ends, we are covered should anything happen. This program is well worth it.

I make several purchases every year at Best Buy, this includes kitchen appliances upgrades. When I bought a Ninja creami last year I was very happy with my purchase but when my appliance stopped working. I took it to the store and was able to exchange it for another one. If it wasn’t for My Best Buy Total Membership I would have lost time and money. I recommend buying your electronics at Best Buy and get the membership to be sure you are covered with an extended warranty.

When buying tech you always have a chance of a product being defective or not working as advertised total tech eliminates both of these issues. It gives you 60 day to return the product and pass that it cover fixes or a full credit that can be used for something else this is a life cheat code I recently purchased a headset and to times in a row it was defective i ve returned it twice and use the credit for a more expensive and better quality headset if I would have done that with a different store or website after 30 days i would have been on my own and would have had to chase down the manufacturer which is a real hassle buying total tech is a must and did I mention you also get exclusive discount on products over the time I have had total tech I have saved thousands.

Enjoying the peace of mind the BBY total membership gives me w/the ability to get help 24/7 (because nothing ever happens during regular hours, lol). Rarely have to wait for an appointment at my store, usually can schedule as I am headed to the store, and get in/out fairly quickly. Always friendly and knowledgeable associates.

I really value my My Best Buy Total™ membership and the way it’s structured. It saves me a significant amount of money on warranties by automatically applying a two-year protection plan to most purchases, which removes the need to make individual decisions at checkout. I also appreciate that the coverage extends to cell phones purchased through the Verizon representatives inside Best Buy, which makes it easy to keep everything under one roof. I think it’s great. But disappointed when I was talking to one of the team members and I asked him about the delivery for my washer is it free?Oh yeah because you have the membership, WRONG so you do need to tell the team memberst to say the right thing cause I was expecting it and I didn’t get it. Otherwise I’d do like the benefits and you get certificates but everything is getting a little too expensive every year. I love all the products and the people that are pretty good.

My knowledge of tech related issues is very limited compared to what Best Buy Total membership provides. It has been well worth the money for the yearly membership. Any issue I have with my computer, printer etc, I know I can contact Best Buy and get it handled. Everyone that I have come in contact with whenever I have used this service has been very nice and helpful. Thank you for offering this service.

For the number of times I've called, this is the best bargain in the world. Somehow gremlins hidden in ads threaten a complete destruction. Dial Geek Squad and problem solved in minutes if not seconds. "Best Buy" not only a brand name but it's the best money I've spent in 75 years

The Best Buy total membership plan is fantastic. It has member only deals that save you money and other perks, such as protection on purchases from Best Buy including computers, Apple products and other purchases. It saves money in many other ways, such as computer virus scanning for free, free transferring data from an old computer to a new. It also provides free data backup. There are so many ways to save that cannot be written in this review.

Don’t use it that much right now because I need hands on help. Not phone. I am in a rather poor medical condition right now and I have begged for someone to pls come to my home for 2 minutes to set up my fax machine correctly. I am technically challenged as well as physically challenged and I need someone to stop by and set it up properly. It has been wrong since I got it several months ago.

Overall very happy with membership...more for purchases than remote services. Laptop support has been mediocre at best. Techs don't speak English well, if at all and pass me off to multiple techs for what should be basic software installation/support issues (i.e., antivirus protection). I've ben trying to resolve my Webroot installation issues since renewal last fall and it's STILL not resolved...even though their virtual support says they completed it...it doesn't even show in my program files. Yes, I paid for it and still can't access or use it. I've given up at this point after many hours troubleshooting with foreign tech virtually.

This membership has been helpful during the several interactions I’ve had with Best Buy over the past several years. Best Buy has done a significant system build at my home in a fairly small space greatly improving sound/video performance far beyond what I could have done myself. Using the total membership for this saved me money and facilitated the excellent installation.
