What is the diameter of each burner? Why isn’t this listed any the details of specs?

I ordered this small appliance just now. After the fact I read under item specs that a power cord is not included. Really?!?! Please tell me I misunderstood this information. Why is the product sold without a power cord.

Does it turn off automatically if the plate is left on too long?

Is it stainless steel? The one sent me is enamel, and had a different model number on the box.

How long does it take to boil water? How long does it take to fry an egg? How long does it take to fry potatoes? Do both sides do all of the above or only the side that has 900Watts?
