Birgitta Flick Quartet - Miniatures & Fragments - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

We experience the amazing pull of a quartet, this small, incredibly dynamic instrumentation form. In any case, the musicians must love freedom as much as they love their instrument. They start with a minimum number of specifications, inevitably interlock, and merge into each other. On the present , artists Flick, Andrzejewski, Schmidt and Banner experiment with the compositions and their melodic and rhythmic structure in order to create music together from and for the moment. The program includes a selection of works by Birgitta Flick, as well as Irving Berlin. Album Tracks 1. Color Studies #4 2. Ida Selma 3. How Deep Is the Ocean 4. Cycle 5. Color Studies #6 6.
