This product worked ok. It didn’t really like a slightly plush carpet. I believe the Crosswave is at its best working on hard floors and very flat rugs.

I love this tool! It really gets in there and cleans. Only drawback is the dog hair collection filled up quickly.

Vacums very well. This will pick up anything you have in the floor.

Even if you have the multipurpose brush roll that came with the Crosswave, it is worth picking up the area rug brushroll. You can actually see the cleaning happening with this roll in a way that the multipurpose doesn't do.

This was a nice addition to my Bissell Crosswave. I haven't used it but a couple times but does a decent cleaning job.

This brush is a must have for cleaning area rugs. It will pull up all of the excess carpet fibers so cleanup is a little messier but the results are amazing.

I am only giving this 3 stars because this does not fit the Bissell Crosswave Max Cordless. I was very bummed to receive this and does not fit, because I need this for our rug

I ordered this so I could do some deeper cleaning. Well unfortunately, unlike the multi-purpose brush that came with the crosswave, this brush did not spin "freely" where the shaft meets the ends. I was concerned there would be excess friction as the brush was spinning, so wrote Bissel asking if there was anything I could do. They simply sent me another brush, and it didn't have that problem. I'd urge anyone buying this item to make sure the brush is able to rotate with zero friction - any at all could cause temperatures to get pretty high at the ends, or cause unnecessary strain on the belt. This could have been a bad batch - just be sure to check. I couldn't not bring it back to BestBuy sadly, as Covid hit shortly after purchasing.

Brush works good on my shag area rugs. Lasts a long time

It was the wrong item. Best Buy gave me 45 minutes of crap about refunding my money. The brush that was sent to me was about an inch too long for my cross wave. I had no way to know that without removing the product from its packaging. I am not Clark Kent. I dealt with three different Best Buy employees until you allowed a refund. I seriously doubt I will do further business with your firm. The star rating I gave you is correct, not an omission.
