We used this Blackstone griddle to cook breakfast, and it was amazing! It heated up quickly and cooked everything evenly — pancakes, sausage, hash browns, bacon, and cheesy eggs — all at once, with no need for pots, pans, or skillets. Cleanup was simple, and the hood helps keep the surface protected when we’re done. The only thing I wish is that it came with a propane tank or at least a longer hose to connect to a larger tank. Other than that, it’s perfect for outdoor cooking and definitely a new favorite in our household. 10/10 Highly recommend!
