I purchased the Blendjet at best buy. I must say I have enjoyed blending my fruits and vegetables together to eat healthy. I recommend anyone to puchase this item. It is easy to blend and easy to carry as you go through your day.

Great for Breakfast shakes or on the go, size and function bought 3 of the so far last one suddednly stop working for some reason will have to get another one just hope they improve or are not coming out defected still great products.

Works well very powerful, but a Thebattery life Could be better. You have to buy a different lid because this lid does not open To drink out of, you have to buy a A different lid with an opening. Which cost another fifteen dollars

Don't purchase this. Company notified me of recall in 1/2024 because the blades could shear off. Was told a replacement would be sent once they get new ones in stock. It is now 4/2024 and still no replacement. Contacted them, was told same that once they get new ones in stock I would receive a replacement. Even though they are selling what I hope are the fixed models here and on their website, I have still have not received a replacement, and am being told the same answer when I contact them, that they are still waiting for replacements.

BlendJet is conducting a voluntary recall in partnership with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We have created specialty replacement base kits for this purpose, and we are manufacturing the base kits and rigorously testing them to ensure complete safety before shipping them out to all affected parties. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you we are working as quickly as possible to replace your recalled unit. We experienced some unforeseen issues in our supply chain, however replacement base kits have started shipping out. We understand that this may be an inconvenience and we sincerely apologize. We are working to get your replacement base kit out as soon as possible.

i have been waiting on my recall replacement since 12/28/2023. today is march 27. The team cannot tell me when the replacement will be delivered. They stated they could not refund my money since the tracking information was already setup..... THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS ISSUED..... WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. they even admitted it while on the phone. They will not issue a direct refund without setting up a Paypal account. You simply have to wait 4 weeks for a snail mail check. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! It took an hour to get someone to agree to refund my money.
