I use this microphone for recording sound for training videos. The quality is good, the set up was easy and I've had no issues with it. There is a red light on it when it's on but no off button that I've found yet. Also has a 1, 2 or 3 for quality selection but I haven't noticed a difference using them.

This records an HD audio and is great for youtube.

It's really great for the price. It's the best microphone you can buy for the price, we use it for personal us (Skype) ; we know a professor that uses it for webcasts.

make it smaller. great for recording stories or overlays to videos

This is a must have for any music educator, student or musician. It is very easy to use. Great quality!

I never had the chance to gauge the sound quality since the microphone will not work with any of the five windows 8 or 8.1 machines I have in my shop.
