Questions & Answers
Will this work with Teams?
Answered by JabraHello FiveO- Thank you for your question. The Blue Parrott B250-XTS is designed and optimized to pair with smartphones both iOS and Android. Some users may be able to use Microsoft Teams App from their phone but we do not recommend trying to pair to a computer as this connection is not officially supported. If you have any further questions, please contact our Support Team: https://brnw.ch/21wCWIb. We are always happy to help!
CAN THIS CONNECT TO XBOX SERIES CONSOLE?
Answered by JabraHello, Serenity - Thank you for your question. Some users may have success pairing a BlueParrott B250-XTS headset with a computer, television, video game console, or other unsupported device. However, the full functionality of the B250-XTS may not be available. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio, but the buttons on the headset may not work for music controls the way they would with a smartphone. Because the B250-XTS is optimized for use with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, we do not recommend you pair it directly with any unsupported device. BlueParrott does not guarantee device performance or provide support if problems result from this type of connection.
