I have always used Plantronics Voyager headsets. The BlueParrott one was almost $50 cheaper so I thought I'd give it a shot (since I see to go through them every two years). It is not nearly as loud as the Plantronics but I have not had a problem hearing the caller (yet). The power on/off is a press-and-hold button. I miss the Voyager toggle switch. The end-call button is harder to press than the Voyager (and is briefly annoying because I have to press the earpiece into my ear). But, the battery lasts much much longer than the Voyager and the people I talk to say my voice sounds just the same as the other unit. I am happy with my purchase. Hopefully it'll last longer than the other Voyagers I have purchased.

I am beyond impressed with the quality and the battery life of this thing. I've been a planatronic man for as long as i can remember so i was reluctant to buy this but so glad i did. I get way more battery life than what the box said i would. Without exaggeration it lasts me 24 hours before i been to charge it & it takes no time at all to charge. I don't think I'll ever go back to planatronic after owning this. Make sure you download the app that goes with this because it gives you so much more control & you can keep up with any and all updates! I absolutely love my Blue-Parrott. The only complaint I have is i wish it went a little louder but man, this is a very small sacrifice compared to all the benefits i enjoy switching to this headset. I was barely getting 6 to 7 hours with my voyager 5200PTL vs the 20+ hours i get with this. NO BRAINER! I really enjoy how this headset reads me my texts & does alert me to who's calling but I'm almost positive i had to use the app to upgrade to utilize this feature. Bottom line, so far i don't see much of a sacrifice switching from planatronics to this. They basically do the same thing but this blueparrott gets more than 3x the battery life & you can walk away from your phone 300+ feet vs the 30ft you get with the planatronics. My opinion... blue-parrott is a much better headset.

This is a wonderful headset it is worth every penny i paid for it.it took 4 days to get it worth the wait it came by a carrier shipt don't ever if you don't have to very sorry best buy is not far behind don't go to the asheville tunnel rd store it the pits the new mngr don't care about nothing but himself cs is nonexistent.sorry attitude,when you talk to him his answer is what do you want me to do.go to the airport rd store in arden totally different atmosphere they care about their customers if you have a problem you won't leave til things are fixed they want 100% customer service and you taken care of the mngrs are great they take the time to listen and react you will be happy koodles to them!!!!!!

Nowadays, keeping in communication with other people has become a daily activity, therefore, more and more devices that can adjust to this need are required, especially if the activities we perform depend almost completely on it. For this reason it is important to have a device that is able to provide comfort, clarity and quality of sound and microphone, and most importantly, at least in my opinion and experience, a good autonomy. This device, BlueParrot M300-XT SE, almost completely fulfills these characteristics. In the box comes the bluetooth headset, a USB to USB-C charger cable, 3 sets of EarGels and some documentation. Despite having an app (BlueParrott) it is not necessary to connect via bluetooth, you just need to press for a few seconds the power button and select the device from the list of available devices in the bluetooth settings of the phone, quite simple. I recommend to update de firmware before start using the device, I consider this something important. Once connected it is ready to use, either on the left or right ear as it can be adjusted to both. After several hours of use I can say that it is comfortable, at first it feels a little tight but it is a matter of getting used to it. Regarding the EarGels, the medium size is the one that best fits my ears, although I should mention that the difference in size between the three is not much. The microphone can be adjusted to the desired position or the most convenient one, it will depend on each person. Regarding the power and volume buttons, I can say that they are ok because I consider that they are a little small although its design is embossed to recognize which button is which, but they work very well, they fulfill their function. It also has a central button that serves as a mute button, also, through the BlueParrot app, you can change the configuration of this button to be button to answer and hang up calls and also to activate the voice assistant, can also be configured to switch between devices as this bluetooth headset can connect up to two devices at once, you can also assign a specific contact so that every time you press the center button to call that assigned number, you can assign the battery status function or to use a third party application that allows the PTT function. The device suspends much of the background noise and is perceived in calls, it really gives extra clarity. The sound is also very good, at high levels it responds very well although for safety reasons I use it at a maximum of 84% of the volume when necessary, good performance in these areas. The bluetooth connection has a good range, up to 300 ft, although I am usually close to my phone most of the time, but if you have another device connected it can be very convenient. It ahs IP54 certification that protects moisture and dust. Something that is important and that makes this device stand out is the battery, I have used it for several hours (more than 15 hrs) in calls and listening to music and the truth has surprised me, it has an incredible autonomy. In summary, I consider that this device fulfills what it promises, although it is true that for the same price you can access other similar devices, this BlueParrott M300-XT SE is a good option, although with a small discount it would be even better. For those of us who need to be in constant contact with other people, friends, family, customers, co-workers etc, it may be the right choice, it has many interesting features and a very durable battery, I can recommend it.

In a time when more and more phone manufacturers are removing headphone jacks from phones, this earbud comes in handy for talking on the phone. Not only is it great for phone calls, it’s pretty great for any other voice over internet app you might be using. FaceTime, What’sApp, PlayStation chat. Etc etc. I personally use mine to chat with my friends over PlayStation and Xbox chat apps on my iPhone while I’m gaming. The hook is more comfortable than I was expecting. My ears tend to get tired after a little while when wearing a hook earbud but this one is comfortable for long periods. The only complaint I have is that the earbud kind of just rests in your ear vs “plugging” it. If that makes any sense. Perhaps it’s better for comfort but sometimes I feel like it isn’t even in my ear. Sound quality is good, and battery life is excellent! Definitely lasts a lot longer than any other wireless earbud I’ve used in the last for phone calls. Microphone quality seems to be good, my friends say my voice is loud and clear. I asked if they could hear much background noise while having our TV playing in the background and my friends said they couldn’t really tell. The BlueParrot app is easy to use and convenient for updating firmware and settings. Not necessary for using it but it’s nice to have. Would I recommend this headset? Yeah, it’s kind of grown on me. It’s lightweight, comfortable and great for talking and gaming chat.
